Es ist massiv adware/Malware auf dem Rechner, auch avira schützt dagegen nicht und müsste runter, da es mehr Probleme als nutzen bringt, ebenso ist der Advanced Mac Cleaner Müll.
Für deinen Workflow hast du außerdem etwas wenig ram.
Das keine System Version erkannt wird und der Durchlauf von etrecheck eine Viertelstunde dauert ist auch ein Indiz dafür, das die Festplatte oder deren angeschlossene Komponenten einen defekt haben, hier solltest du mal das Ergebnis des smarttestes Posten, in etrecheck unter den Angaben der Festplatte bei Show smartreport zu finden.

Du hast jede Menge Adware auf dem Rechner. Außerdem Avira.

Beides muss zwingend restlos entfernt werden.

Die Adware kommt nicht von selbst auf den Rechner. Vermutlich hast du Sachen von Downloadportalen heruntergeladen und nicht beim Hersteller. Dies solltest du künftig vermeiden. Leider packen sogar seriös erscheinende Seiten diesen Dreck in ihre Downloads, z.B. Macupdate, Chip, ..., also diese Seiten meiden.

Nein, das reicht bei avira zum Beispiel nicht, hier ist es wichtig, entweder den im Programm befindlichen uninstaller( falls es den gibt) zu nutzen oder die uninstall Anleitung des Herstellers zu befolgen.
Bei der Malware sollte malwarebytes helfen, das entfernt so ziemlich alles.
Anschließend wiederum etrecheck laufen lassen, so kann man sehen ob nicht doch noch Reste verblieben sind.
Wichtig ist aber, nochmals der Hinweis, der smartreport, denn ich denke, die Hardware ( Festplatte)ist auch nicht ganz ohne Fehler.

Was meinst du genau mit Clean Install?

Habe jetzt Malwarebytes gemacht und 12 Dinger gelöscht. Ausserdem nochmal EtreCheck..

Beim erneuten lesen fällt auch auf, das der Akku am Ende seines Lebens wohl angekommen ist, auch das könnte den Rechner verlangsamen.
Nur als weiteren Hinweis, das es auch hardwareprobleme sein können.

ich würde mich dem Problem hier mal anschließen. Ich bin bald jeden Tag kurz davor, das Ding aus dem Fenster zu schmeißen ... Habe EtreCheck mal drüberlaufen lassen - was kann man dazu sagen? Außer die antiken BackUps, das weiß ich.

Willkommen im Forum!

Es gibt da verschiedene Dinge, die hier ursächlich sein können:

- Sophos würde ich als erstes deinistallieren. Es ist bekannt, dass solche "Sicherheits"programme auf dem Mac massive Probleme verursachen.

- Du hast zu wenig RAM. Du kannst ihn für relativ wenig Geld aufrüsten.

- Es könnte auch sein, dass deine Platte eine Macke hat. Du kannst die SMART-Werte auslesen und hier posten. (EtreCheck "Show SMART Report"). Falls sie kaputt ist, freue dich, dass du deinen Rechner mit einer SSD stark beschleunigen kannst. Nutze den Schrecken, um (das dringend fällige ;) ) Backup jetzt zu machen.

Sophos und die Platte könnten die Abstürze von diversen Anwendungen, die man hier sieht, evtl. erklären.

Hi,
würde als erstes Sophos deinstallieren, das brauchtst du nicht bei MacOsx, eine SSD u mehr Arbeitsspeicher würden dein System auch beschleunigen.

Sophos hab ich jetzt mal gelöscht.
Das mit dem BackUp gestaltet sich grade schwierig, so ohne ext. Festplatte, ... :D gehe mal nicht davon aus, dass da n USB-Stick reicht? :D
Und klar, ne SSD würde helfen, aber er lief ja anfangs auch schnell ... :(

Ansonsten gilt, wie schon gesagt: Mehr RAM. Und dann, wenn du willst, eine SSD. Die alte Platte kannst du dann für Backups nehmen ;I

Bei den Preisen von externen Festplatten, sollte das eigentlich nicht so das riesige Thema sein.

Oder anders herum ausgedrückt, sollte einem die Sicherheit der eigenen Daten schon die 50 bis 100 Euro wert sein.

Insofern man eben schützenswerte Daten hat, die sehr schwierig bis gar nicht wiederzubeschaffen wären.
