トイル　is written in katakana, so it's an english, german or french word. These special japanese toilets having special names.

He wanted to say: Lass es uns kurz und prägnant halten.

But the translation would be: Lass es uns kurz und schwanger halten.

Pregnant doesn't mean "prägnant" it means "schwanger" .
All right?!
