Entschuldigung, ich stimme mit seiner Politik auch nicht überein, aber warum muss Bush dann dumm sein, er mag doch sonst eine hochintelligente Person sein und euren Antiamerikanismus könnt ihr euch in den Hintern stecken, ohne dieses Land wären wir mit Sicherheit nicht besser dran, schließlich haben viele der Leute großes zu unserem Wissen beigetragen.

Hier hat noch keiner Innenpolitik angesprochen. Von der bekommen wir nicht wirklich was mit. Der Mensch ist halt nunmal ein Egoist. Oder wie viele von euch denken bei Wahlen über die Außenpolitik der jeweiligen Partei nach? Wäre mal eine nette Umfrage

Innenpolitisch sieht es in den USA nicht sehr gut aus, ist aber auch ein sehr großes Thema im Wahlkampf.
z.B. Gesundheitsreform, Rezession, Zusammenbruch des Häusermarkts, ....

Die Außenpolitik ist deshalb so wichtig in diesem Wahlkamp, da die jetzige Regierung die Angst vor Terrorangriffen schürt und die Armee in diversen Auslandseinsätzen tätig ist.

Denk mal nicht das die Deutsche Bundesregierung solch kriegerische Gesinnung hätte wie die Regierung der USA.

Ich bin gerade jetzt in dieser Minute in den USA (Guten Morgen), und zwar seit gut zwei Wochen. Ich bin absolut Pro-Amerikanisch, liebe dieses Land und verbringe seit 12 Jahren viel Zeit dort - aus genau diesem Grund kann ich es kaum erwarten, bis Bush "out of office" ist.

Frag mal im Moment die Amerikaner selbst, was sie von ihrem Präsidenten halten, da sind die meisten Kommentare hier im Forum noch zivilisiert. Aber vielleicht sind die ja jetzt auch alle "gehirnamputiert" wie Du Dich so gewählt ausdrückst.

Ausserdem: Wer die Ablehnung einer Regierung und Ihrer Politik mit der Ablehnung des Landes verwechselt ("Antiamerikanismus"), dem empfehle ich noch einmal Hausaufgaben in Politikverständnis und Differenzierungsvermögen zu machen, das Eine hat mit dem Anderen genau nämlich genau gar nichts zu tun.

Nach Deiner verqueren Logik sind 2/3 der Amerikaner übrigens auch "Antiamerikanisch":

Ich mag Bush nicht! Um das direkt klarzustellen. Aber ich finde, dass hier manche meinen sie seien was besseres nur weil sie einen iPod haben. "Wenn jetzt schon jeder Vollidiot einen iPod hat...." dieses Zitat ist natürlich etwas abgewandelt, aber so in der Art kommt es bei mir an. Ich finde, dass das nicht sein muss. Genauso ist es mit iPhones.

Abgesehen davon, dass ich die Bezeichnung von stasicasi auch nicht okay finde:

Wie George W. Bush zu diesem "Posten" gekommen ist, dürfte ja inzwischen hinlänglich bekannt sein. Wenn man sich dann noch unter dem Strich ansieht, was er "erreicht" hat, würde ich tausendmal eher einen Streetworker aus New York oder einen Mitarbeiter von "Ärzte ohne Grenzen" zum Abendessen als Gast haben wollen als Mr. President. Bei der Bilanz an aussen- und innenpolitischen Desastern kann ich bis heute nicht verstehen, wo eigentlich das Impeachment Verfahren bleibt...

Nun, ich halte diese Einschätzung für schwierig. Letztendlich behaupte ich aber mal, dass auch Bill Clinton mehr heisse Luft versprüht hat, als tatsächlich gefestigte Programme.
