Mac Book Pro plötzlich extrem langsam

steamclean ist ein kleiner Störenfried, der immer wieder Probleme bereitet. Wenn du die Software nicht benötigst macht es Sinn deinen Mac davon zu befreien.

Desweiteren spielen dir gerade die mobilen Backups NICHT gerade in die Karten. Das Programm nutzt gerade (oder auch des öfteren) 40% der CPU.

Das passiert allerdings nur wenn Time Machine gerade nicht zur Verfügung steht.

Also erst mal ein aktuelles Backup anlegen. Vielleicht war's das dann schon.

Hallo Apfeltalk-Community,

ich habe ähnliche Probleme wie Blutenburger und hoffe ich bin in diesem Forumbeitrag richtig: Mein MBP ist seit 1-2 Wochen extreeeem langsam. Er war schon seit längerem etwas schwerfällig, aber auch ziemlich voll (habe schon alles mögliche runtergeworfen auf meine Synology NAS). Seit kurzem geht aber gar nichts mehr. Bei jeder 2. Aktion (Klicks, Schreiben, Tastenkürzel) zeigt sich der bunte Beachball, minutenlanges Warten und man braucht unendlich Geduld um überhaupt irgendwas daran zu machen. Also, ich brauche dringend eure Hilfe.

Meine Systemdaten:
Mac Book Pro 13" (Mitte 2012)
OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite
2,5 GHz Intel Core i5
8GB 1600 Mhz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
Freier Speicher auf Festplatte: 86,55 GB von 498,88GB, wobei 156 GB durch "sonstige" belegt ist

Habe bis jetzt schon:

• unnötige Programme entfernt
• Alle Anmeldeobjekte bei bei Systemstart (also Auto-Start) entfernt, außer "iTunesHelper".
  
• Aktivitätsanzeige gecheckt (nichts weiter auffällig, dachte erst es könnte Kernel_task sein, aber den hab ich max. bei 14% gesehen (aktuell z.B. bei 1,8, am meisten hier firefox und Windowserver (?))
  
• einen 2. Nutzer hinzugefügt, da verhält sich der Mac aber genauso langsam und lässt den Beachball rollen
  
• etrecheck durchgeführt, s.u.
• Nach Etrecheck die 4 orphan files gelöscht

Beim Etrecheck brauche ich jetzt aber eure Hilfe, da ich das nicht allein interpretieren kann.
Was kann ich außerdem noch tun?

EtreCheck ist der Meinung, dass du dir Adware eingefangen hast. Du kannst dir mal das entsprechende Tool von Malwarebytes herunterladen und versuchen das Gelump damit wegzubekommen.

Abgesehen davon könnte etwas mit der Teamviewer-Installation nicht in Ordnung sein. Zumindest scheint EtreCheck ein paar der zugehörigen Dateien nicht zu finden.

Auch das Dateisystem sollte mal überprüft werden, heute um 10.44 Uhr gab es einen hutdown wg. eines defekten Dateisystems.

Hallo, der thread ist ja bereits etwas älter aber auch ich habe wahnsinnige probleme mit meinem mac book. es ist super langsam sowohl im web als auch alle programme laden super langsam, ständig dreht sich das rädchen.... ich habe jetzt mal einen EtreCheck gemacht

In dem Moment, wo das Log erstellt wurde, blockierte Firefox fast die komplette CPU. Da läuft vermutlich was schief. Firefox mal neu starten (nicht nur Fenster schließen).

Außerdem hast du zu wenig RAM für deinen Workflow.

Es könnte auch sein, dass die Festplatte oder deren Kabel nicht mehr ganz OK ist. Dazu müsstest du die SMART-Werte auslesen lassen und hier posten. Manchmal kann man daran etwas erkennen.

Nach 47 Tagen könnte ein Neustart Wunder bewirken, da der letzte shutdown auf Grund eines defekten filesystems gemacht wurde, liegt nahe, das das auch jetzt der Fall sein könnte, hast du das Dateisystem damals repariert und wenn ja bereits mal einen smarttest gemacht, eventuell ist die Festplatte defekt, der smarttest verbirgt sich auch in etrecheck, direkt unter den Angaben zur systemplatte.
Für deine Anwendungen hast du zuwenig RAM, es werden bereits systemprozesse beendet und Auslagerungen angelegt.

Hallo wurstwasser, ich denke in erster Linie hast Du tatsächlich zu wenig RAM. Der letzte Neustart ist 47 Tage her, der Rechner lagert entsprechend einiges an „Arbeitsspeicher“ auf die Festplatte aus. Du lässt bei der Benutzeranmeldung einige Dinge automatisch mitstarten, das würde ich mir bei wenig RAM überlegen.

Natürlich ist auch nicht auszuschließen, dass die Festplatte langsam das Zeitliche segnet, hier könnten die SMART Werte aus dem EtreCheck vielleicht weiterhelfen.

Hey, danke für eure antworten @mafri und @Macbeatnik wie genau finde ich den smart check. ich habe leider null ahnung und beim etrecheck kann ich nur auswählen was für ein problem ich habe und dann legt er los.

habe den computer neugestartet und er ist genau so langsam wie vorher, vor allem mozilla ist wirklich sehr lahm.

glaubt ihr es lohnt sich einfach neuen ram einzubauen und ggf eine neue festplatte (fall ich den smart-check finde und er zeigt dass die festplatte hinüber ist)

@doc_holleday ah.. hat etwas gedauert bis ich es gefunden habe, danke.
hier also das ergebnis meines smart-checks. ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiter helfen und eventuell sagen ob meine Festplatte kaputt ist und lieber ersetzt werden sollte.

Es ist hier im Forum üblich und wird gern gesehen, wenn sich Fragesteller um eine gute Lesbarkeit ihrer Beiträge bemühen.
