iMac 24/M1 kein Bild

Mein iMac bringt besonders gerne nach Ruhezustand einen schwarzen Bildschirm.
Ein externer Monitor läuft dagegen nach Aufwecken weiter, kann aber das Dock nicht drauf verschieben,
also nicht mehr arbeiten.
Bisher auch die Maus, neuerdings blockiert die aber auch gelegentlich.
Abhilfe nur durch 10 Sek Starttaste, dann läuft wieder alles.
Es kommt aber auch bei direkten Neustart, das der Bildschirm dunkel bleibt,
ist schon beim Bootvorgang zu erkennen da dann der Apfel und die Ladelinie fehlt, nur Gong tönt.
und der externe Monitor. iOS ist 13.4.1. Garantie abgelaufen.
Zustand ist nicht provozierbar, also schlecht vorführbar.
Backup brachte keine Besserung.
Hat jemand eine Idee, Reparatur bedeutet ja wahrscheinlich Boardwechsel.
Ob das noch lohnt ?

Um eine Fehlkonfiguration auszuschließen würde ich ganz simpel einmal einen neuen Benutzer anlegen und das mit dem austesten.

iOS - heute viel warm und gerade iPad eingerichtet, da ruckelts im Oberstübchen 😉
Und durch diese dämlichen dem iOS angepaßten Systemeinstellungen im Mac wird's nicht besser,
nur unübersichtlicher, (nach meinem Empfinden).
Also OSX oder neuer MacOS.

Das Backup ist nicht tagaktuell sondern paar Wochen alt, als noch alles lief.

Neuer Nutzer bringt nichts, da das Problem jetzt auch schon beim Bootvorgang auftritt.
Dann hilft nur 10 Sekunden Starttaste, dann läuft er wieder.

Zeigt der Mac das Verhalten auch, wenn der zweite Monitor nicht angeschlossen ist? Ich vermute ja, aber testen sollte man es mal.
Lass mal EtreCheck laufen und stell das Ergebnis in Code-Tags (siehe Bild) hier rein.

Edit: Falls du noch andere Peripherie (ext. SSD, Scanner usw.) am iMac angeschlossen hast, würde ich die auch mal entfernen!

im ersten Posting steht, dass die Garantie ausgelaufen sei. Aber ich stimme zu, klingt eher nicht gut, wenn es auch ohne das zweite Display auftritt.

Heute neuer Startversuch ab Stromlos, ext. Monitor (DP1) kommt, intern Display dunkel gesamter Bootvorgnang
Nun wollte ich mal Etrecheck laden, für mich in Deutschland derzeit nicht verfügbar, steht da geschrieben.
Also weitergesucht und englische Version gefunden Dock rübergeholt auf ext. Monitor.
Nur leider wollte das Programmm nur im internen Monitor erscheinen, eine Tastenkombination, wie man ein Programm auf den Bildschirmen wechseln kann gibts das?. Also Neustart, vorher ext. Mon abgesteckt, kein Bild intern.
ext wieder dran neu gebootet und jetzt kam intern wieder.

Ich muß nochmal warten, wenn es wieder auftritt und dann Etrecheck wieder starten.

Crashs hab ich auch gelesen aber leider nichts genaues dazu, wenn die Kiste läuft läuft sie.

Anhand des EtreCheck-Berichts, würde ich mal DisplayLink gemäß Herstelleranleitung deinstallieren und dann noch mal testen.

Habe Displaylink deinstalliert. Wird aber jetzt 2 Tage dauern bis ich mich wieder melde.
Einen Neustart mit Bild hat er schon gebracht
Ist ja Zusatzprogramm und nicht systemwichtig.

Displaylink war es auch nicht. 1.Neustart dunkel, 2. i.O.
Da war der Versuch nach der Deinstallation nur Zufall.

Problem selbst nach kompletter Neuinstallation Ventura 13.4.1.c noch vorhanden.
Erster Start nach Stromzufuhr schwarz.
Ebenso wenn Aufruf aus Ruhezustand,
Hilft nur runterfahren und Neustart.
Dann in der Regel in Ordnung.

ich weiß nicht, seit wann es ist, aber wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, noch innerhalb der Garantie zu reklamieren, hätte ich das gemacht.

Hast Du Probleme mit der Stromzufuhr? So ein Verhalten deutet oft auf eine fehlerhafte Spannungsversorgung hin - können Kondensatoren im Gerät sein, aber auch Hausverkabelung.
Du könntest das ganze Gerät mal an einem anderen Standort (anderes Haus) testen - oder ein anderes Netzteil ausprobieren, was beim iMac 2021 ja ein ganzer externer Block ist.

Dickstromfehler entfällt, an gleicher Stelle laufen noch ein Mini und ein weiterer alter Imac, Switch, Homey, Drucker und noch Einges mehr. Kein Gerät hat Probleme, Steckdose und Netzkabel gewechselt und an anderen Geräten getestet.
Ein Ersatznetzteil habe ich leider nicht, glaube auch nicht, daß es daran liegt.
Wenn er läuft rennt er wie ein Bienchen, keinerlei Fehler.
Wenn es also das NT wäre müßte ja auch im laufenden Betrieb
wenn die Kiste mal richtig arbeiten muß mal irgendwas aussetzen - nichts da.
Fehler ist leider erst vor kurzem aufgetreten, Abdeckung abgelaufen (21 gekauft)

Wende dich an den Support, mit einem Problem und auch Freundlichkeit hilft Apple immer weiter und ist vielleicht auch kulant.

So alt ist der iMac24 auch nicht, er wurde im Frühjahr 2021 vorgestellt und etwas später ausgeliefert. Auf meinen iMac habe ich damals über 6 Wochen gewartet und ist jetzt 2 Jahre und 1 oder 2 Monate alt.
