Ich glaube ich habe es gefunden. bei SuperDuper kann man sogenannte Smart Updates machen. Was meiner Meinung nach das »inkrementelle BackUp« sein soll.
»Smart Update will copy and erase what's needed to make *EXTERNE FESTPLATTE* identical to selections from Macintosh HD. The result will mimic "Erase, then copy", but will take a fraction of the time.
Also das kan man während eines Backups machen. Nur weiss ich nicht ob man dafür "Backup – all files" oder "Backup – user files" anklicken muss.
