Hi Leute,

Ich hoffe ich verstoße gegen keine Etikette hier im Forum, ich poste immerhin zum ersten Mal etwas.

Ich habe jedenfalls ein Problem und kenne mich leider zu wenig aus, um es zu beheben. Mein MacBook Pro 2016 stürzt jedenfalls immer wieder ab, einfach so. Komischerweise bevorzugt morgens, wenn ich meinen ersten Zoom Call habe, was mich zwingt auf einen anderen Computer auszuweichen. Was kann ich den tun, damit der Mac wieder normal funktioniert?

Ich habe auch einen Etre Check durchführen lassen.

Also prinzipiell würde ich als ersten versuchen das Dateisystem zu reparieren. Festplattendienstprogramm > Erste Hilfe.
Das hilft sehr oft, da UNIX recht sensitiv auf das Dateisystem reagiert.

Wenn das nicht hilft, Kernel-Erweiterungen von Drittanbietern unloaden. Insb. wenn diese sowieso nicht verwendet werden. Falls dort ein Fehler drin ist, gefährden diese - wenn es blöd läuft - die Stabilität. (Was bei der Microkernel-Architektur eigentlich(tm) nicht vorkommen sollte, aber wer weiß...

Und dann gibt es noch den Safe Boot Modus. Dieser setzt auch diverse Caches zurück, was machmal auch hilfreich ist.

Gibt es Log Files (panic logs)? Da stehen oft wichtige Hinweise zur Ursache drin.
