Yosemite läßt sich nicht runterfahren.

Nachdem ich auf dem MBP problemlos Yosemite installiert hatte und TM Backup erstellt,
läßt sich das System nicht mehr richtig runterfahren.
Druck auf Einschalttaste macht zwar alles finster, aber keinen ordentlichen Shutdown.
Ausschaltoption im Apfel zeigt überhaupt keine Wirkung.
Recoverpartition ist verschwunden. FDP zeigt keine Fehler.
Ein völlig undefinierbares Verhalten des MB.
Was kann ich noch versuchen?

Problem erstmal halb gelöst, Ursache aber unklar.
Auf dem MB muß ich erstmal Maverick vom Urschleim her neu installieren, denn auch der Zugriff auf meine TM Backups lief nicht mehr.

Hänge mich der Einfachheit halber mal schnell hier mit an:

Mein iMac (27" Mid 2010) läuft mit Yosemite ohne Probleme, das Herunterfahren dauert seit dem Update aber fast 2 Minuten...davor vielleicht 20 Sek.

Safe Mode hat auch nichts gebracht - danach ging der Shutdown allerdings einmalig in 1 Sek.

Jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegen kann? Wieder irgendeine Spotlight-Indizierung oder TimeMachine?

Nur eine Idee, bei mir passierte das oft (aber noch unter Maverick), wenn bei Shutdown Mail noch offen war.
Keine Ahnung warum, aber es war reproduzierbar.
TM ist bei mir ausgeschaltet und wird nur bei Bedarf aktiviert, scheidet also als Fehlerquelle aus.

Ich habe mich soeben von Yosemite auf meinen Macs verabschiedet und bin zurück zu 10.9.5.
Alle Seltsamkeiten aufführen würde Seiten füllen, am schlimmsten aber,
daß meine TM Backups zwar rückspielbar, aber nicht mehr verwendbar waren (angeblich falsches Login).
Dazu kam, das die Recoverypartition 10.10 bei mir inkompatibel mit 10.9.x TM zu sein scheint.
Habe alles was mit Yosemite Kontakt hatte gelöscht und bin zurück zu Mavericks,
das läuft, sieht besser aus und hat alles was ich brauche.

Problem gelöst, auch bei mir lag's an einer alten Parallels-Installation - vielen Dank für den Tip!!

Jetzt fährt er in unter 5 Sek. runter

Hatte auf meinem iMac (Late 2012) auch dieses Problem. Nachdem ich Avira deinstalliert habe, fährt das System auch wieder in 5 Sekunden herunter.

Da hänge ich mich doch mal an. Seit Yosemite auf dem MBP und dem iMac installiert sind lassen sich beide nicht mehr sauber abschalten. Alle Programme und Browser zu, ich will den Rechner neustarten oder ganz abschalten geht nicht.

Bildschirm wird schwarz, es rödelt das Rädchen kaum sichtbar, dann sehe ich nur noch einen weissen Pfeil und das wars. Off-Button gedückt und zack er ist aus. Beim nächsten Start, sagte es mir ich hätte aufgrund eines problems das system abgeschaltet, ob ich den repost an Apple senden will. Paralells oder VW habe ich nicht.

Dann startet alles sauber.
hat jemand eine Idee wo ich bei meiner Suche ansetzen kann? Bisehr fand ich nichts. Danke

Nach was muss ich Ausschau halten? @doc_holleday . Mache ich gerne nur muss ich wissen nach was ich suchen muss. Was ich heute noch machte ist mit dem festplattendiesnprogramm die Zugriffsrechte repareiren und die festplatte überprüfen, Überprüfung sagte 3 mal alles gut.

Es hätte noch mehr. Aber ob es hilfreich ist alles hier einzustellen weiss ich nicht.
Werde Morgen mal versuchen das MBP runterzufahren und dann sehe ich ob das Verhalten noch immer da ist.
