[iMac] Schreib- und Lesezugriffe unglaublich langsam

Hallo,

seit gestern ist ohne erkennbaren Grund mein iMac (1TB FusionDrive von 2013) bei jedem Lesezugriff ultra langsam.
Die erste Hilfe im Festplattendienstprogramms konnte keinen Fehler finden.
Das Problem besteht bei allen Benutzern.

Habt ihr eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

EDIT: Einen Hardwaredefekt kann ich mittlerweile ausschließen. Über Target-Disk Mode von meinem MacBook kann ich in gewohnter Schnelligkeit meine Dateien lesen, verschieben, öffnen.

EDIT2: Das Log sagt folgendes (und noch einige andere Dinge... huiii... was sich auf einem 3 Jahre alten Mac so sammelt...

das würde ich nicht so sehen. Wahrscheinlich halte ich es, dass der Rechner - wenn Du von ihm bootest, über den genannten Fehler "stolpert" und sich daran dauerhaft "verschluckt".

Ich würde zumindest mal die Daten sichern (hast Du ja wohl schon). Und SSD-Anteil sowie Festplatte löschen, danach neu anlegen.
Natürlich kannst Du mir auch gerne die SMART-Werte schicken, vielleicht sieht man ja defekte Sektoren in der Festplatte: SMARTReporter Tryout besorgen (http://www.corecode.at/smartreporter/, das Tryout kostet kein Geld), starten, dann auf Überprüfungen, S.M.A.R.T., dann auf Fortgeschrittene Werkzeuge, dann "Attribute zeigen" in der Zeile Deiner Systemfestplatte. Die dann Copy&Paste hier rein.

Ich habe übergangsweise ein Backup von letzter Woche aufgespielt, jetzt läuft alles erstmal wieder reibungslos.
Bevor ich das gesamte System plätte, warte ich also erstmal ab.
Wenn sich herausstellt, dass die Festplatte kaputt ist, habe ich die Arbeit nicht zweimal.

Die Festplatte (HDD) sind in der Tat nicht richtig gut aus*. Allerdings auch nicht so schlecht, dass sie auch ein unseriöser Händler austauschen würde.

Wenn Du noch Garantie hast (Apple Care), dann würde ich das reklamieren und am besten mit einem Testsystem und dem Blackmagic Benchmark reproduzierbar vorführbereit halten. Das ist zum einen doof, zum anderen natürlich das Geschleppe. Aber ich fürchte, da kommst Du nicht drumrum.

*Die HDD hat 16 nicht korrigierbare Sektoren, die noch umgemappt werden sollen, was bis jetzt nicht geklappt hat. Auch die Seek Error Rate ist etwas verdächtig (allerdings auch nicht spezifiziert, von daher kann ich mit dem Value nichts anfangen). Aber im Error Log hat es auch einige Read DMA-Fehler-Einträge, die ungefähr zur aktuellen Betriebszeit passen.

...zumindest mal SSD und HDD mittels älterem FPDP einmal sicher mit Nullen überschreiben, vielleicht löst das das Ummapping aus. Wenn Du dann noch Daumen drückst, hält das. Allerdings würde ich persönlich kein gutes Gefühl haben (selbst wenn man regelmäßig sichert, muss man sich ja drauf verlassen können, dass die Quelldateien in Ordnung sind) und die Platte austauschen (lassen).
