[10.8 Mountain Lion] regelmäßige Abstürze seit Update auf 10.8.3?

Hallo seitdem Update kommt es bei meinem Macbook zu regelmäßigen abstürzen. Er schaltet sich dann einfach aus und fährt wieder hoch, mit dem Hinweis das irgendetwas unerwartet war.

Folgende Fehlermeldung erscheint, kann jetzt nicht sagen ob es immer die selbe ist. Aber ich gehe mal davon aus.
Bin leider was das entziffern dieser Meldung angeht vollkommener Laye und benötige eure hilfe

Sorry, bin was das Lesen solcher Logs betrifft selber nicht gut, aber hier im Forum gibt es ein paar "Wissende".
Damit diese aber auch helfen können:

Gib bitte in Spotlight (die Lupe oben rechts) mal "Konsole" ein, die öffnest Du. Dann betätigst Du "Fenster löschen", um erst einmal alle alten Meldungen los zu werden, bringt etwas mehr Übersicht.
Dann machst Du mal einen Neustart und arbeitest, bis er wieder abstürzt. Nun wieder die Konsole öffnen und dort im Fenster mit ctrl-a / ctrl-c das Log kopieren - oder, um hier nicht zu viele Zeilen des Logs zu posten, suchst Du dort die Zeit des Absturzes und wählst ein paar Zeilen vor dem Absturz aus.

Das richtige Setzen eines Codes macht man hier im Forum dann übrigens mit dem # oben in der Symbolleiste im Editor.

Installiere doch mal das System-Update auf 10.8.4. Der Fehler-Report weist allerdings auf die CPU hin, das könnte also auch ein Speicher-Problem sein.
