Hallo,

meine Tastatur und Maus geht seit heute nach nicht mehr. (Update ?)

Macbook Air 2017

Auf der Startseite wo man das Passwort des Benutzers eingibt geht das Trackpad und die Tastatur noch.
Wenn man dann das System hochfährt leider nicht mehr.

Was kann ich tun?

Installiere mal das System neu?

Da die Eingabe beim Login ja noch geht, liegt es ja schon mal nicht an der Hardware, das ist gut.

Du könntet nun als erstmal, eine externe Maus/Tastatur anschließen damit du den Mac wieder so dann nutzen kannst. Dann einen neuen Nutzer erstellen um zu prüfen ob es dann wieder geht. Geht dies ist es auch sehr gut, denn dann stimmt nur was nicht mit deinen eigentlicher Nutzer.

Und so könntest du bei deinen eigentlichen Nutzer dann einfach mal in den Finder gehen und öffnest dort folgenden Pfad ~/Library/Preferences, das geht im Finder via über die Menüleiste "Gehe Zu" -> "Gehe zum Ordner".

Dort angekommen suchst du nun folgende Dateien:

com.apple.AppleMultitouchTrackpad.plist
com.apple.keyboardservicesd.plist

löscht diese und startest den Mac anschließend mal neu.

Also 2. Benutzer hat leider nichts gebracht und auch das löschen der 2 Dateien oben.

Tastatur und Trackpad geht immer noch bei Start/Passwort aber dann nicht mehr?

Mh, also wenn der Mac nun wirklich sauber installiert ist und vor dem Login die Tastatur und Pad noch gehen aber danach nicht mehr. Ist es wirklich seltsam.

Auch wenn ich nicht glaube, dass wir irgendwas sehen werden aber Lade dir mal Etre Check her runter und poste die Log hier in Forum im Code.

Festplatte Anzeige war eine "Macintosh" und eine "Macintosh - Daten".
Die Daten habe ich gelassen (Image?) und gelöscht und neu installiert auf der ersten.

Was ich nochmal sagen möchte. Maus / Trackpad und Tastatur geht auf der Start Oberfläche wo man das Passwort eingibt. Nach hochfahren dann leider nicht mehr. Mac OS wurde neu installiert.

Wie zu erwarten nichts auffälliges in der Log.

Hast du schon einen SMC Reset oder einen NVRAM/PRAM Reset gemacht?

Das hier könnte man noch machen:

Deinen Mac mit der Apple Diagnose testen - Apple Support (DE)

Mit der Apple Diagnose, früher bekannt als Apple Hardware Test, kannst du deinen Mac auf Hardwareprobleme überprüfen.

Sonst bliebe nur noch Apple.

Bei manchen drückt ein defekter Akku auf das Kabel und so kann es zu Störungen kommen. Aber dass das genau nach dem Login passiert, scheint mir reichlich unwahrscheinlich.

Gegenprobe: Du machst ihn an, loggst dich nicht ein und wartest erst mal 10 Minuten. Wenn dann das Login immer noch geht, ist es nicht der Akku.

Seltsam seltsam. Die anderen Tests oben habe ich auch schon versucht.
