@salome: krankes Pferd trifft es aber gerade ganz gut und es ist leider nicht nur iStat was es anzeigt, sondern auch die Aktivitätsanzeige, oder meinst du iStat wäre die Ursache?

Repariere mal deine Fonts : Schriftsammlung.
Ich halte nichts von diesen Messtools, weil Mac Os X das ohnehin alles selber kann. Switcher von Windows laden allerlei solche Tools und starren sie dann an, lesen auch dauernd in der Konsole nach, obwohl sie Null Probleme haben. Aber wenn man dauernd alles mögliche misst und beobachtet, dann sieht man auch den Teufel. Vor allem wenn diese Messgeräte nicht aktualisiert werden, können sie schon Schaden anrichten. Vor allem aber sind sie überflüssig.

Hallo. Ich schließe mich mal hier an. Meine Aktivitätsanzeige zeigt eine ziemlich hohe Auslastung und der Ventilator läuft die ganze Zeit.
Ich bin leider nur User.....ich hoffe jemand hat einen Tip, was ich machen / verbessern kann.....

Aber du kannst die Aktivitätsanzeige (heißt Aktivitätseinzeige und liegt im Ordner Dienstprogramme) öffnen und schauen was die Temperatur so steigen lässt, dass gefächelt werden

Das ist ein Zitat aus deinem anderen Thread. Salome meinte damit, dass du schauen sollst, welcher Prozess das verursacht! Aktivitätsanzeige: "Alle Prozesse" (nicht "Meine Prozesse") wählen, Spalte "%CPU" absteigend sortieren und nachsehen welcher Prozess hohe CPU-Last erzeugt.
