Liebe Apfel-Gemeinde,

möchte euch begrüßen und eigentlich auch nicht lange mit Anfängerfragen nerven. Ich bin zwar apple-user aber kenne mich bei den "Innereien" nicht aus.

Also:

Bei meinem vor einem Jahr gekauften Imac (mit mittlerweile 12 GB RAM) habe ich von Anfang was falsch gemacht, als ich die Daten von meinem macbook übertragen habe. Seit dem war nach und nach nichts mehr so wie früher: die Abstürze wurden immer häufiger. Ob mail, Safari, word - alles klappt zusammen, oft wird in der letzten Zeit auch der ganze Bildschirm grau. Neustart. Aber ich hatte nie Zeit, um mich dem Ganzen zu widmen (ich will alle Programme neu aufspielen).

Jetzt endlich habe ich so viel Zeit, noch mal das System aufzubauen. Nur habe ich noch Programme (wie FinalCutExpress, die unter Mountain Lion nicht laufen. Daher will ich alles löschen und Lion noch mal aufspielen. Den 1. Schritt hab ich gemacht. Ich habe den RecoveryDiscAssistant runter geladen. Und nun? Auf einen USB-Stick ziehen/mounten?

Wer könnte mir einen Link oder Hinweis zu einer verständlichen Vorgehensweise geben? Ich würde mich sehr freuen und sende Grüße an alle!
 
Der Assistent ist hierfür nicht nötig.
Gerät mit gedrücktem <Cmd+R> starten. Der Rest ist selbsterklärend. Schnelle Internetanbindung erforderlich (knapp 5 GB zum runterladen).

Hallo,

zwar funktionierte der Tipp, um das System neu aufzuspielen und sicherheitshalber habe ich die Festplatte vorher gelöscht. Doch ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende: Immer wieder stürzt der Imac nach wie vor ab. Ich habe auch die Zugriffsrecchte reparieren lassen, ich habe die von mir installierten zusätzlichen RAM-Riegel wieder rausgenommen, sowie nur diese reingesteckt. Jeweiliger Neustart brachte die selben Ergebnisse. Der Mac friert immer mal wieder ein. Final Cut Express stürzt schon nach dem Programmstart ab. Konsole sagt:

Was heißt das? Wer weiß mehr?

Zuvor hatte ich das System geupdatet. Mehr kann ich momentan nicht sagen. Wenn ich den Anweisungen deines Links folge, passiert nichts. Der Imac startet ganz normal. Es wird in der Anleitung aber auch erwähnt, dass der AHT bei OS Lion anders funktioniert. Aber wie? Internet-Zugang habe ich natürlich.

Konsole Einträge werden auf eine spezielle Weise gepostet.
Du öffnest das "erweiterte" Antwortfenster, kopierst den Text hinein und versiehst ihn mit dem Code # (Symbolleiste im Fenster oben rechts). Dann kann man den Text scrollen und besser lesen.
Außerdem hast du nicht die Konsoleeinträge nach dem jüngsten "Einfrieren" gepostet sondern einen Crash-Log aus dem Systemordner.
Manche können auch daraus etwas lesen. ich nicht.
Hast du schon mit Recovery Disc/ Festplattendienstprogramm das Volumen überprüft. Ist Final Cut die aktuellste Version. Nur diese Versionen sind kompatibel: Final Cut Pro X
Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 (Final Cut Studio (2009) mit allen installierten verfügbaren Aktualisierungen).

Sorry, ich wusste das nicht. Aus welchem Konsole- Ordner soll ich posten? Es gibt hier auch "System-Diagnoseberichte", die auf "...iMac.panic" (:-()enden.
Also, ich habe das Volumen mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm überprüft. Das Volumen ist "anscheinend in Ordnung". Bei den Zugriffsrechten findet es aber immer irgendwas, was repariert werden muss. Fragt sich nur, wie das sein kann.
Und Final Cut Express ist wohl inkompatibel. Komisch. Bis vor kurzem hat es funktioniert. Da habe ich aber auch nicht mit AVCHD gearbeitet. Und Final Cut X habe ich auch schon auf dem Rechner benutzt. Da war es das gleiche: Früher früher funktioniert es, dann nicht mehr. Nur mochte ich FCX nicht. Daher blieb ich bei FCE.
Manchmal denke ich, "irgend etwas" hat meinen imac gekapert und macht damit was es will.
 
Die Konsole ist ein app im Ordner "Dienstprogramme".
Das "Reparieren" der Zugriffsrechte ist mehr ein Zurücksetzen auf den Ausgangszusand (vor möglichen Updates) und bezieht sich ohnehin nur auf vom System installierte Dateien und Programme. Die Fehler die gefunden werden, sind zu vergessen. Ganz selten, dass falsche (System-) Zugriffsrechte einen Fehler im Betrieb verursachen.
Leider habe ich Null Ahnung, was du mit den Abkürzungen meinst (AVCHD ODER FCX) - bezieht sich aber vermutlich auf irgendwelche Film- / Videoprogramme. Davon verstehe ich nichts.
Also wenn dein Mac das nächste Mal einfriert, öffne die Konsole und sieh nach, was unmittelbar davor passiert ist. Wenn du selbst nichts erkennt, poste die relevanten Zeilen wie oben beschrieben.

Ach, das habe ich vergessen zu sagen: "Alle Meldungen" will ich (oder wollen wir) sehen. Vor und nach dem Zeitpunkt des Einfrierens.

Sorry, du musst mir helfen. Nachdem ich Imovie neu installiert habe und wieder versuchte, meine Filmdateien zu importieren, crashte der Mac erneut. Ich habe also jede Menge Diagnoseberichte, die sehr sehr lang sind. Was genau meinst du mit "alle"? Das ist so viel. Zwischendurch wurde mein Bildschirm schwarz und der Imac war ganz aus. In den div. Diagnoseberichten taucht immer wieder EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) auf. Während ich im Internet suchte, was das heißt, stürzte Safari ab. Ich hab zum Gglück noch ein altes Macbook...
 
"Alle Meldungen" ist eine Kategorie in der Konsole. Du solltest die Meldungen aus diesem Bereich hier posten, die um den Zeitpunkt des Absturzes entstanden sind. Im Zweifel lieber etwas mehr.

Wenn du die [*Code*][*/Code*]-Tags verwendest (dann _ohne_ die Sternchen), ist die Länge kein größeres Problem in der Darstellung hier.

Erzähle doch mal genau, wie du Lion neu installiert hast und wie zum Beispiel final Cut auf deinen Rechner gekommen ist und ob du zum Beispiel den migrationsassi genutzt hast. Welches System war auf dem Rechner, von dem du die Daten übernommen hast?
der hardwaretest befindet sich auf entweder auf den mitgelieferten DVDs oder wird aus dem Internet geladen, den oder den MemTest solltest du auf jeden fall ausführlich durchlaufen lassen.
 
Ich habe zunächst den Imac mit cmd R gestartet und über das Festplattendienstprogramm das Volumen gelöscht und dann per Internet Lion (das auch vorher drauf) war gestartet. Meine Daten hatte ich zuvor auf eine externe Festplatte gezogen und eigentlich gar nichts per Assistent hin oder zurück migriert. Final Cut Express kam von der offiziellen CD. Aber ich habe es wieder gelöscht. Apple Hardware Test startet nicht, wen ich den Imac mit "D" starte. Sorry, ich bin jetzt 4 Tage bei Verwandten... Danach kann ich erst wieder war ausprobieren. Aber Tipps wären super...
 
Hier ein paar Ideen:

Hast Du mal versucht, alle Geräte abzustecken, bis auf Tastatur und Maus?

Für den Hardwaretest brauchst Du eine der beiden grauen DVDs, die mit diesem Mac geliefert wurden (es muss die sein, die mit ihm kam - die Dinger sind hardwaregebunden). Auf einer der beiden findest Du den Hinweis zum AHT, den Du mit D starten kannst.

Eventuell kann auch ein sicherer Systemstart helfen (siehe HIER). Bei einem neu aufgesetzten System bin ich mir aber nicht so sicher, ob das tatsächlich viel bringt. Einen Versuch ist es aber wert.

So. Hier bin ich wieder. Also klar, ich habe bei meinen Neustarts etc. alles abgesteckt - außer Tastatur und Maus. Zu den DVDs für den Hardwaretest: Mein Imac (Mitte 2011) kam ohne und ich muss den Hardwaretest mit Wahltaste plus D plus Online-Verbindung durchführen. Nun ja - deswegen "nun ja", weil diese Abhängigkeit von apple und Internet mir immer mehr auf den Keks geht - dieser Test (Riegel in diverse Slots eingesteckt) hat ergeben, dass einer der beiden von mir nachgerüsteten 4GB-RAM-Riegel defekt ist (ja, es sind die richtigen und es ist sogar derselbe Hersteller der von Beginn an verbauten 2x2 GB-Riegel). Wie auch immer so was kaputt gehen kann... Jetzt importiere ich wieder AVCHD-Clips in IMovie und bin gespannt, was passiert... Bis dahin verbleibe ich mit vielem Dank für die guten Tipps...
