Bestimmte Fotos von Windows auf iCloud geladen. Wo sehe ich die Fotos auf meinem iPhone?

ich habe meinen Text in Englisch verfasst. Nach stundenlanger Suche bin ich nun verzweifelt und hoffe ihr könnt wir weiterhelfen. Danke

I am trying to save storage on my iphone so I want to upload selected pictures to my icloud.
I do have the 5GB version and actually my storage of 32gb of my iphone is full. I can not enable “icloud photos” bc it always wants me to upgrade and buy more GB*. So I moved pictures from my iphone to my Windows PC and from there uploaded pictures to Icloud. But how can I access the photos from the icloud on my laptop?
I used the iCloud for windows. Everything worked well with the upload, I just can not access/see the pictures from my iphone.

*PS: um icloud photos zu syncen muss ich lt. https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT204264 so vorgehen:
"iCloud-Fotos" aktivieren

• Auf dem iPhone, iPad oder iPod touch mit iOS 10.3 oder neuer gehen Sie zu "Einstellungen" > "[Ihr Name]" > "iCloud" > "Fotos", und aktivieren Sie "iCloud-Fotos".

Die Fotos lädt das iPhone automatisch hoch, manuelles kopieren in iCloud-Drive ist der falsche Weg. Die Fotos erscheinen nur in der Fotos-App, wenn sie auch über die Fotomediathek verwaltet werden.

What‘s so wrong about her English? She‘s not a native speaker and hence this is absolutely sufficient.

On the other hand you made two mistakes in just two sentences: The English language isn‘t using commas the same way as we Germans do. In your case no commas must be used at all.

Correct English would be: „I think that this is the best way. Your current way of doing this is not recommendable as it just causes further issues. By buying more iCloud space you will get rid of all mentioned issues and even gaining new possibilities with just a few more cents invested.

Warum überhaupt in einem deutschen Forum englisch schreiben, wenn doch die deutsche die Muttersprache zu sein scheint?
In den anderen Beiträgen des TE schreibt er doch problemlos deutsch und hat auch ein deutsches Office.

Ich denke, dass ihm einfach das Problem sehr wichtig ist und er einfach erreichen will, dass seine Anfrage auch über englischsprachige Google-Queries gefunden werden können.

Und nein, die Ironie hat sich viel zu gut versteckt als dass man sie hätte finden können.

und an @rootie und @saw. Amüsant, euren Text hier zu lesen. Wie anfangs schon geschrieben, war ich nach stundenlangen versuchen sehr frustriert und hatte keinen Kopf mehr, meinen englischen Text noch zu übersetzen. Einen von Google Translator schlecht ins Deutsche übersetzten Text wollte ich euch erst recht nicht zumuten
