13' MacBook Mid2012 plötzlich langsam

Servus Forum ,

vor einigen Tagen bemerkte ich, dass mein MacBook plötzlich immer langsamer wurde ohne dass dem irgendein Ereignis vorausging - ich habe weder neue Programme installiert, noch ist mein MacBook groß bewegt wurden oder gar gestürzt.
Als erstes versuchte ich die Performance zu verbessern indem ich ein Update auf OS X Capitan durchführen wollte. Leider stürzte die Installation nach einigen Stunden ab, das Problem schien also größer zu sein.
Ich rettete meine Daten über einen zweiten Mac und ein Firewire Kabel und entschied mich dazu das gesamte System neu aufzusetzen. Ich löschte die gesamte Festplatte und Startete eine Neuinstallation. Auch diese brach nach 30(!!!) Stunden ab. Dieses mal formatierte ich die gesamte Festplatte und startete eine weitere Installation: diese war nach 24 Stunden "erfolgreich".. Der Mac lies sich nun wieder starten, dies dauerte jedoch deutlich länger als ich es gewohnt war (etwa 3 Minuten). Auch nachdem man dem Betriebssystem Zeit gegeben hat sich zu sortieren läuft nichts rund und das obwohl kein einziges zusätzliches Programm installiert wurde. Jeder Klick, jede Aktion braucht unglaublich viel Zeit, selbst das schreiben dieses Textes bleibt immer wieder hängen.

Nach längerer Recherche stieß ich auf ein paar Beiträge die von einem häufigen Problem dieser MacBook Serie (13' Mitte 2012, kein Retina) mit dem Flachbandfestplattenkabel berichteten.
Lässt sich anhand diesems S.M.A.R.T. Report irgendetwas in diese Richtung erkennen oder hat jemand andere Ideen?

So aus dem Bauche heraus würde ich auch auf Festplatte oder Kabel tippen. Beides lässt sich bei Deinem MacBook relativ einfach tauschen. Meine Empfehlung wäre, es zunächst mit einer anderen Festplatte, vorzugsweisse SSD, zu versuchen.

Dich treffen die Powermanagement-Geschichte _und_ das mit dem Kabel. Die Festplatte würde ich auf jeden Fall austauschen, Verschleißteil und mit einer SSD machst Du aus dem Laptop noch eine Rakete, auch für heutige Maßstäbe. Wegen des Kabels empfehle ich, erst einmal zu sehen, ob Du vielleicht aufgescheuerte Stellen ausmachen kannst; falls ja reicht möglicherweise etwas Isolierband an den blanken Stellen. Ansonsten die 30 Euro investieren und gegen ein komplettes Ersatzteil (Teilenummer sollte draufstehen) austauschen.

Ich konnte heute mein Flachband-Festplattenkabel in ein paar Minuten austauschen - Neustart und alles lief wieder wie früher!

Das Dateisystem ist fehlerhaft, hier würde ich als erste beginnen, mit dem Festplatten Dienstprogramm kann man es reparieren und mit dem SmartUtility: http://www.volitans-software.com/smart_utility.php die Hardware prüfen.
CleanMyMac ist übrigens eher schädlich als nützlich und ich hoffe für dich, das du dir damit nicht eine Laus in den Pelz gelegt hast.
