Regelmäßige Kernel Panics durch Aperture 3.4.3

Liebes Forum,

nach langer Zeit melde ich mich mal wieder mit einem Problem zurück, bzw. ist es das Problem meines Vaters.
Er besitzt einen Mac Mini 4,1 mit OS X 10.8.2 und verwendet die neueste Aperture-Version 3.4.3. Nun kommt es regelmäßig vor, dass sich der Computer bei der Bildbearbeitung von RAW-Fotos einfach aufhängt und eine Kernel Panic erzeugt. Manchmal früher, manchmal später. Das Problem ist leider nicht reproduzierbar, tritt aber auch nur bei Aperture auf. Ansonsten läuft der Computer wunderbar.
Ich habe mich im Internet schon versucht schlau zu machen und anscheinend kommt es häufiger vor, dass Aperture in dieser Hinsicht Probleme macht. In den meisten Fällen scheint sich der Grafiktreiber irgendwie abzuschießen.

Ja, der Fehler spielt sich in der Grafikkarte, deren Treiber oder dem RAM ab.
habt ihr schon einen hardwaretest und speziell einen ausführlichen RAM Test gemacht?

Ausführlichen RAM-Test habe ich schonmal gemacht, es wurde aber nichts gefunden. Einen Hardware-Test werde ich noch über die Feiertage nachholen und dann berichten.
