Switcher - Programme stürzen ab - Hilfe

Hallo,

lese nun seit Wochen gespannt hier im Forum, und komme aus der Windows Welt.
Vorab: Ich bin so begeistert von Mac, ich möchte nichts anderes mehr haben.

Nun aber zu meinem Problem:
Mir stürzen sehr regelmässig irgendwelche Programme ab.
Mal der Safari, heute war es Excel, alles quer durch.

Meine Konfiguration:
MB 4GB Ram (aufgerüstet und Speicher mit MEMTEST geprüft, keine Fehler gefunden)
Es ist das kleinste MB mit dem X3100 Grafiksatz.
OS das neue Leo 10.5.1 mit allen Updates. Hatte auch schon die Berechtigungen geprüft und reparieren lassen.
Programme die Hauptsächlich laufen: Parallels wegen einem sehr speziellen Programm, Excel / Entourage - JellySSH, Cord (was auch ab und zu abschmiert)

Leider weiss ich jetzt mal gar nicht mehr weiter.

Der Fehlertext hilft leider selten weiter. Lösche mal alle Dateien in den Ordner /Benutzer/deinbenutzer/Library/Caches und alle Dateien im Ordner /Library/Caches. Es kann nicht kaputt gehen! Wenn das nicht hilft solltest du einen Hardwaretest mit der mitgelieferten DVD machen.

... und obwohl deine testprogramme alle grünes licht anzeigen, würde ich den RAM mal sukzessive ausbauen und stück für stück testen. oft werden kaputte RAMS nicht erkannt und sind dennoch der grund des übels....

Ja hatte das schon gemacht:

1x RAM Riegel -> memtest all -3

Beide Module wurden als sauber deklariert.
Bei einem Freund schmiert auch ab und zu etwas ab.
Bin das unter Windows nicht gewohnt das auf einmal ein Programm die Flöte macht.

einer der abstürze kommt vom flashplayerplugin in safari. das stürzt bei mir auch gerne mal ab. obwohl es langsam besser wird mit safari, tut er sich mit manchen seiten immer noch sehr empfindlich. kannste versuchen, ob es ein update auf deinen flashplayer gibt. dennoch läuft firefox leider deutlich stabiler als safari.

es könnte auch helfen, das sogenannte comboupdate mal drüberzuziehen. weiss aber gar nicht, ob es das für leopard schon gibt.
