Prozess beim automatisch beenden -> wie?

Hallo!
Der Daemon prl_disp_service bremst meinen Ausschaltvorgang um über 10 sek aus (und das mit SSD) früher war es noch viel mehr … Diesen möchte ich automatisch beenden und wenn möglich vielleicht beim herunterfahren direkt.
Ist es überhaupt möglich, so tief ins System einzugreifen, oder besteht zumindest die Chance ihn anderweitig automatisch zu beenden? Löschen hilft nichts, da Parallels sonst nicht mehr startet …

Ich habe den Fehler ja wie gesagt auch schon bei meinem alten Macbook Pro (anderer Benutzeraccount) gehabt und bestimmt 20 mal mit dem Support hin und her geschrieben. Aber wir haben uns im Kreis gedreht, da die Mitarbeiter ja mehrere Kunden betreuen …
Das habe ich dann nachdem ich 5 mal die gleichen Lösungsvorschläge bekommen habe aufgegeben.
