OS X 10.8 reagiert kaum und wenn sehr langsam

Liebe Leute,

nachdem ich vor wenigen Wochen OS X neuinstalliert habe, weil es zuvor Probleme mit meinem System gab, hab ich nun wieder Schwierigkeiten.

Das System reagiert stellenweise sehr, sehr langsam. Am auffälligsten ist das, wenn ich versuche größere Programme zu installieren. Ich wollte z. B. mehrfach Microsoft Office installieren. Sobald er das Installationsprogramm aus dem dmg-file läd, fängt es an, dass das System total träge und die Installation nicht ausgeführt wird. Bei anderen Programminstallationen ist es das selbe Problem, jedenfalls sobald das Programm größer ist ( ab ca. 100 Mb ).

In der normalen Nutzung (Surfen, Officebearbeitung via Pages etc.) treten dagegen selten Probleme auf. Wenn ich allerdings das Macbook zuklappe, ohne es herunterzufahren, und dann wieder weiterbenutzen möchte, dann dauert es auch sehr lange bis das System auf meine Eingaben reagiert.

Interessant ist zudem, dass ich z. B. Pages via den App Store ohne Probleme installieren konnte, obwohl das Programm sicherlich auch größere Datenmengen hat.

Das Festplattendienstprogramm stellte bisher keine großen Auffälligkeiten fest.

Das Problem ist im Prinzip direkt nach der Neuinstallation aufgetreten. Erfolgreich installiert habe ich nach und nach z. B.: Skype, Fuzzlecheck, Chrome, Pages, Thunderbird, Dropbox usw.

Was nicht funktioniert hat sind Programme, die sehr groß sind, z. B. eben Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat X, Photoshop usw.

Nein, von den aufgelisteten Programmen habe ich keine installiert.

Kannst du mir kurz erläutern welche Logs ich posten soll? und sollte ich am besten ein Installationsversuch von Office starten und danach die Logdaten posten?

Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, sieht das nach einem Fehler der Festplatte aus. Kann es sein, dass die sehr voll ist?

Falls du kein Backup haben solltest, wäre jetzt der späteste Zeitpunkt eins anzulegen!

Danke für deine Einschätzung. 374 GB von 499 GB sind frei. Eigentlich kann es daran nicht liegen.

Bin deswegen auf diese Idee gekommen:

Wie gesagt, aktuelles Backup ist ab jetzt extrem wichtig! Am besten machst du 2 mit unterschiedlichem Vorgehen (also einmal TimeMachine und einmal irgendwie anders)

viel schlimmer sind die ganzen I/O Errors... sie deuten auf einen Festplatten Schaden hin.

Backups machen und Platte wechseln wäre mein Vorschlag.
