Neuster iMac mit Problem

Hallo Leute

Habe endlich letzte Woche meinen konfigurierten iMac 27" 3.4, Graka 2GB und 2TB HDD, erhalten.

Nun ist er mir seit dann 3 mal abgestürzt und zwar mit diesem dunklen Bildschirm und dem Hinweis, ich solle den Ausschalter länger drücken und dann wieder einschalten.

Hatte vorher ein Macbook Pro 15" und noch nie so was gehabt. Sehe das zum ersten Mal und dann gleich 3 mal.

Ist ja nicht normal, oder? Was könnte ich machen?

Das ist eine Kernelpanic. Was hast du zusätzlich installiert?
War der letzte Absturz erst kürzlich? Dann kannst du in der Konsole (Dienstprogramm) nachsehen, was da knapp davor passiert ist. "Alle Mitteilungen".
Wenn nicht musst du das nach der nächsten Panic tun.
Du kannst die relevanten Zeilen hier posten: Im Antwortfenster auf "Erweitert" drücken und den Code # verwenden.

Gerade vor meinem 1sten Post passiert wieder. Aber welche Zeile muss ich anschauen bei "Alle Meldungen"? Was muss bei Sender (PID) stehen?

Ps Habe jedes Mal einen Bericht an Apple geschickt...
 
Ich habe nun im CrashReporter Ordner eine PLIST mit dem Namen Panic History gefunden. Sieht man da etwas? Mit welchem Programm kann ich das aufmachen?
 
Ich denke, das geht mit BBEdit oder TextWrangler
Es gibt auch ein App. PlistEditPro, müsste auch funktionieren.
In der Konsole hast du keine Hinweise gefunden?
 
Weiss nicht wo suchen in der Konsole. Es hat extrem viele Einträge. 22.12 Uhr wurde die PLIST erstellt. Müsste also vor dieser Zeit was stehen, oder?
 
Konsole: In "Alle Meldungen" findest du die Zeilen genau nach Zeit geordnet - da steht auch so was wie "last panic", interessant ist vor allem, was davor passiert ist.

Edit. ja unmittelbar vor dem Zeitpunkt. du hast oben rechts ein Suchfeld da kannst du ja nach "Panic" oder vielleicht auch "Crash" suchen und kommst du in die Nähe der wichtigen Logeinträge.

Edit: Hab ich schon probiert unter Suchen. Findet aber nichts mit Panic oder Crash.

Und das wird ständig wiederholt. Finde es aber nicht in dem Ordner.
 
Du überforderst mich, wenn du eine Meldung nach der anderen abschickst. Du kannst doch alle Zeilen in einer Antwort posten.
Was hast du da für eine Kamera installiert, die nicht geladen werden kann. Falsche Treiber? Nicht aktualisiert? Deinstalliere das mal wieder.

Auch mit dem internen Modem gibt es Konflikte. Hast du einen Stick.. um ins Internet zu kommen?
Wenn du diese puredigitaltechnologies.FlipShareAutoRun deinstalliert oder aktualisiert hast, dann lade dir das Comboupdate für 10.6.7 von der Apple Supportsite und spiele es auf.
Wenn das nchts verbessert, musst du warten bis morgen die Wissenden erscheinen, denn diese störende .kext (Kernelextension) liegt im Systemordner und da trau ich mich nicht drüber. Ich weiß nicht ob man sie problemlos entfernen kann.
In der Zwischenzeit, nach dem du das Update installiert hast und nach einem Neustart, kannst du mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm das Volumen überprüfen und die Rechte zurücksetzen.

Das ist diese Flip Mino HD Cam. Die hab ich aber schon lange weg und das Programm gelöscht. Sehe aber jetzt, da kommt diese Fehlermeldung ständig.

Modem habe ich nicht. Geht alles über Airport.

Edit: Finde auch absolut nichts im Zusammenhang mit diesem puredigitaltechnologies auf meinem MAC.
 
Aha da gibts einen Konflikt mit der zuständigen .kext des internen Modems. Aber vielleicht behebt das ComboUpdate den.
Hole dir EasyFind - Freeware – damit findest du auch unsichtbare Dateien und überhaupt alles schneller und wirklich alles.
Suche nach diesem Flip Zeugs.
Wenn du das früher mit einem Installer installiert hast, dann musst du es auch mit einem Deinstaller wieder vernichten. Eventuell noch mal laden, da muss der Deinstaller dann dabei sein.

Das kann schon sein.
Vermutlich ist die Software auf deinem iMac neuer als dieses Combo Update - für ein MBP Early 2011 gibt es nämlich auch ein spezielles Update.
Für den iMac habe ich nichts gefunden. So ist der Tipp wohl unbrauchbar.
Du kannst aber, ohne Schaden, das System von der grauen DVD noch mal aufspielen. Vielleicht nutzt das. Den Daten und Einstellunen passiert nichts, ein Backup ist dennoch anzuraten.

Mach mal einen RAM-Test. Entweder mit der grauen Install.DVD 2: Einlegen, Neustart mit D. oder es geht ohne DVD: Neustart mit D.
Einen Hinweis kann auch Rember geben. Wenn das Tool keinen Fehler ausgibt, heißt das leider nichts. Sicher bist du nur, wenn es Fehler meldet.
