[10.7 Lion] MBP13"(early11): Flashvids unter Safari -> 100% CPU Auslastung + Neustart

Hey,

habe hier bisschen gestöbert, aber bis jetzt noch nicht so ein Problem mit diesem Ausmaß gefunden (höchstens ruckeln) und auch nur über 2 Jahre alte Beiträge, deswegen ein neuer Thread. Ist übrigens im OS X Forum, weil ich glaube, dass das eine Safari-Sache ist (und nichts mit meinem MBP eigentlich zu tun hat)...

Mein MBP kriegt eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Anhang, sorry für die schlechte Quali, mit iPhone aufgenommen auf die Schnelle^^), dabei ertönt ein piepsender/abgehackter sich wiederholender Sound bis in ein paar Sekunden mein Mac sich neustartet.
Danach kann ich den Fehlerbericht an Apple senden und ja... ^^
Ich meine, das es bis jetzt nur kam als ich Videos offen hatte (egal ob nur eins, viele, ob ich sie gerade angeschaut habe oder sie pausiert waren), also Flashvids in Safari.

Da ich öfter Videos gucke, sie pausiere, nebenbei was anderes mache, ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass mein RAM ausgelastet ist (hab CPULed installiert, daher seh' ich das die ganze Zeit. Und bei meinen 16gb ist das eigentlich durchgehend grün, egal welche Aktivität!). Bin auf Aktivitätsanzeige gegangen und da war dann Flash 100 Prozent der CPU, wobei Safari immernoch nur etwas mit 0,2 Prozent hatte...

Ich denke, das ist irgendwie ein Fehler im Flashplugin in Safari. Da ich leider gaaaarkeine Ahnung mit OS-systemen habe, weiß ich nicht wie ich das manuell rauslöschen kann um es neu zu installieren. Hab mein Mac erst seit paar Wochen. Hier die Daten:

Und wie ich sehe, welche Flash Version ich habe, weiß ich nicht. Wenn mir das jemand sagt, poste ist das sofort. Aber habe eigentlich immer die neuste Software drauf (gerade auch gecheckt).

Könnt ihr mir raten, wie ich das Problem beheben kann? Links zu anderen Seiten würden auch reichen

Habe auch noch was komisches bei Safari entdeckt: der ganze Verlauf ist gelöscht worden. Ich kann nur das sehen, was ich nach dem Neustart besucht habe.

Das ist eine Kernel panic, Schau mal in Programme/Dienstprogramme/Konsole, dort dann "Alle Meldungen" oder je nach Betriebsystem dort in den diagnostic Report oder dem panic Report.
Du kannst das Log auch hier posten, hier findet sich immer jemand, der das lesen und interpretieren kann. Aber bitte über den erweiterten Editor ( unten neben dem Antwort Button ) und dort dann über den Button " Code" gekennzeichnet durch das Rauten Zeichen (#).
Eventuell wird dir beim Neustart auch ein Bericht angeboten, der wäre auch interessant.

Kernel Panik wurde ja schon gesagt. Wird typischerweise von fehlerhaften Treibern ausgelöst, hier könnte auch wirklich Flash verantwortlich sein.

Flash deinstallieren: Eigentlich sollte ein Uninstaller auf der Platte liegen. Ich habe z.B. bei mir eben mal per Spotlight nach „Adobe Flash“ gesucht und ein Programm namens „Adobe Flash Player Install Manager“ im Dienstprogramme-Ordner gefunden. Wenn man das startet, bietet es an, Flash zu deinstallieren.
Die Version bekommt man z.B. raus, indem man eine Webseite öffnet, in der ein Flash-Inhalt eingebettet ist und einfach einen Rechtsklick in den Flash-Content macht. (Bei mir steht da die Versionsnummer schon direkt im Menü: „Über Flash-Player <Version>“.)

Im Übrigen kann ich – um unnötige Flash-Werbung loszuwerden und bei bestimmten Sites wie youtube lieber eine HTML5-Variante der Videos einzubinden – das Safari-Addon „ClickToPlugin“ empfehlen.

Okay, habe jetzt den Flashplayer neu installiert. Vielleicht löst es ja schon das Problem.

Will nur sagen, dass ich beim Apple Store war. Die haben herausgefunden, dass die eingebauten 16gb RAM wohl defekt waren. Habe mir ne neue einbauen lassen und jetzt funktioniert wieder alles.
