MB Zwangs-Shut-Down bei Streaming

Hallo liebe Apple-Fan-Gemeinde.
Ich habe nun schon auf vielen Wegen im Netz nach einer Lösung gesucht, aber keine gefunden.

Ich hab ein MacBook:

Das Logicboard wurde vor ca. 4 Monaten ausgetauscht, da am Audioausgang die Klinkenbuchse defekt war.

Also an meinem MB hängt ein Externer 22" Widescreen Monnitor von Asus per DVI. Meißtens ist der MB Monitor über den Ruhezustand aus, damit der Grafikspeicher nicht zu sehr beansprucht wird
Ich habe nachträglich 4Gb Arbeitsspeicher und eine 320GB Western Digital 7200rpm Black Scorpio HD eingebaut.
Nun ist es so, dass mein MB immer wenn ich Streaming Videos anschaue (Youtube, Recording-Tagebücher o.ä.) fängt das komplette System an zu ruckeln. Oft kommt danach dann die mehrsprachige Meldung, dass ich den Mac beu Starten muß per Einschaltknopf-Shutdown.
Beim Hochfahren kommt dann diese Fehlermeldung:

Ich habe sowohl den Memtest, als auch den Hardwaretest durchlaufen lassen und keine Fehler bekommen. Liegt das evtl. an der Software..
Hab momentan Leo 10.5.8 drauf.
