Macbook regelmässiger abstürze

Mein Macbook stürtzt regelmässig ab, also mit neustart fenster usw.
Ab und zu auch gleich beim aufstarten. Hab schon nach einigen Lösungen gesucht hier, aber wurde nicht richtig schlau draus.
