MacBook lässt sich nicht Herunterfahren

hey hey Apfelfreunde,
ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Macbook C2D und Leopard.
Also ich lasse es öfter mehrere Tage im Ruhemodus an.. Wenn ich das MacBook dann aufwecke und es richtig herunterfahren will kommt immer diese Fehlermeldung

Doch wenn ich die genannten Programme lassen sich auch über Sofortbeenden nicht schließen.
Also kann ich das Book nur durch langes drücken der OFF taste ausschalten, dass denke ich ist aber nicht so gesund für das MacBook.
Kann mir einer helfen?

Das ist auch nicht gesund. Besser ist Apfel + ctrl + POWER. Dies löst einen sofortigen Neustart des Macs aus, ohne dass dabei die Festplatten abgeschaltet werden. Es kommt also nicht zu Beschädigungen durch das plötzliche Abschalten des Stroms.

Eine andere Alternative ist das Terminal. Der Befehl

sudo shutdown -h +0

oder

sudo shutdown -h now

fährt den Mac nach einer Wartezeit von 0 (Null) Minuten (also sofort) herunter. Eingefrorene oder nicht antwortende Prozesse werden zuvor zwangsweise abgewürgt.

Was das eigentliche Problem angeht, würde ich mal die Logfiles im Dienstprogramm "Konsole" anschauen. Irgendwo findet sich vielleicht ein Hinweis auf die Ursache für die störrischen Prozesse.

Die Standard-Geschichten (Rechte reparieren etc.) hast Du vermutlich schon ausprobiert? Was ergibt ein Hardware-Test mit der Installations-DVD (vielleicht ist RAM defekt)?

des stand da alles in der Konsole ^^ist des jetzt schlimm wenn ich des poste?

kann es sein das du dann immer Firefox mit mehreren Tabs offen hast und er dann immer fragt ob du diese schließen willst war bei mir auch mal.Dann mach vorher einfach immmer Firefox selbst zu.

Nur kurze Nachfrage, wird das Problem nicht lösen, aber, Du hast Firefox am laufen und gleichzeitig ein FireFox Image auf dem Desktop, hast du FF gerade geladen oder eventl. falsch installiert und bei jedem Start erscheint das Image auf dem Desktop?

Ich empfehle Dir, Adium komplett zu entfernen und den Mac anschließend neu zu starten. Tritt das Problem dann immer noch auf?

Das ist einfach: Du klickst oben rechts in diesem Browser-Fenster auf "Suchen" und gibst dort "Rechte reparieren" ein

also das mit dem firefox image ist immer auf dem schreibtisch..
Soll ich adium also mal neu aufspielen ok mache ich.
Eigentlich benutze ich nie firefox dann kommt das auch mal weg
