[11 Big Sur] MacBook Air M1 hängt sich auf

Hey Leute,

ich habe seit ner Woche das Problem das sich mein Macbook aufhängt. Nicht Programmabhängig bleibt auf einmal alles stehen bzw. kann ich nichts mehr mit der Tastatur eingeben oder anklicken. Die Maus bewegt sich noch und ich kann in Fenstern scrollen, aber nichts wirklich machen. Da hilft dann nur noch ein Neustart und dann funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei. Anbei zur besseren Erklärung ein Video.
Habt ihr eine Ahnung woran das liegen könnte?
