Hallo Gemeinde!

Folgendes Problem habe ich: mein MacBook Air 13" (2012) stürzt seit ein paar Tagen unmotiviert ab. Egal was ich mach, mal kann ich länger, mal kann ich kürzer arbeiten damit. Der Bildschirm wird schwarz und das MacBook ist weg.

Folgendes habe ich bereits gemacht: Datenträger auf Fehler untersucht und SMC zurückgesetzt.

Beides hat keine Besserung gebracht Gibts Tipps dazu?

Die Gute Nachricht ist eigentlich eine schlechte. Denn dein System scheitn sauber zu sein, keine Antivirenprogramme, keine Putztools oder sonstiges schädliches Zeug. Also kann nicht einfach gesagt werden, "räum das weg" und die bist wieder glücklich. Ich sehe nichts, was du in den Mist werfen solltest / könntest.

Hast du schon die RAM Module überprüft. Dazu gibt es das Progrämmchen REMBER.

Auch ein Hardwaretest könnte Aufklärung bringen: Starten mit der Taste D, solange drücken bis der Rechner reagiert und eine Anweisung erscheint.

Wenn der Mac wieder unmotiviert abstürzt, schau auf die Uhr (auch wenn du noch keine Apple Watch hast) merke dir die Zeit. Starte den Mac neu, öffne die Konsole (im Programm-Ordner Dienstprogramme) und poste hier mit Code die zwei, drei Zeilen vor dem Crash bis zum Beginn des Starts (der funktioniert ja?)
Bevor der Mac crasht sollte die Ursache vermerkt sein. Du holst diese Zeilen aus "Alle Meldungen", Uhrzeit steht ganz links.
So postet man richtig mit Code.

Warum benötigt Mail die hälfte des CPU? Versendest du gerade eine größere Email? Das ist eigentlich nicht so normal oder?

Beim Mem Test ist das MacBook wieder abgestürzt. Das Hardwaretest meldet:

Problem mit der Stromversorgung/Stromanschluss, war das Netzteil dran und wenn ja, ist es ein originalteil?

Netzteil war nicht dran (der Akku meckert - Bitte tauschen).

Habe den Test mit Netzteil gemacht. Kein Fehlercode mehr - Macbook stürzt trotzdem ab

Hast Du mal mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm die SSD überprüft?
Beim 2012er Air war diese wohl z.T. fehlerhaft. Von Apple gibt es deshalb ein Austauscprogramm: https://www.apple.com/de/support/macbookair-flashdrive/
Eventuell ist deines ja betroffen.

Das Festplattendienstprogramm meldet keine Fehler, die eingebaute SSD ist eine 256er ....

Der Fehler tritt auch auf, wenn das MacBook am Netzgerät (Original) angeschlossen ist - zuerst hatte ich den Akku im Verdacht, aber wenn es am Netzgerät hängt sollte doch funktionieren

Und wieder "Einer".... dem man Tipps gibt (von erfahrenen Usern hier) damit man sich dem Problem nähert - und was macht der TE? Einfach überlesen und wild eine neue Spekulation aufmachen, anstatt zielgerichtet das Problem mit uns zu erarbeiten.

Sorry mcimike - aber in letzter Zeit geben hier erfahrene User immer wieder zielgerichtete Tipps - die einfach ignoriert werden und im Gegenteil, einfach ohne Sinn weiter spekuliert wird... was null für die Lösung bringt...

• Unmotiviertes Abstürzen (Bildschirm schwarz und weg ist das MacBook)
• Wenn das MacBook ausgeschalten ist, und ich das Netzteil anstecke, startet das MacBook von alleine

Hast du schon von einem anderen User gestartet (anlegen, wenn keiner vorhanden ist, einen Testuser kann man immer brauchen)?
Probier das mal, arbeite oder surfe eine Zeitlang und warte ob der Mac auch von diesem abstürzt.

Wieso sehe ich in deinen Logeinträgen keinen Hinweis auf einen Absturz?
Leide ich unter partieller Blindheit oder postest du nicht die letzten Zeilen vor dem Absturz?
Schon einmal im Safe Mode gestartet?
Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, was du schon alles gemacht hast. Vielleicht ändert der Start im Safe Mode (Shift Taste halten bis der Balken erscheint) diese ASL-Meldungen.
