kernel panic from Italy :)

Hi, sorry if I write in english, but I am not able to speak german...
I am italian and I cant find a serius forum on italian sites to ask some help...
I saw that here you seem very specialized, so I hope you can help me to work out my problem

I am in a huge kernel panic!
I have no Norton and I did not change RAM or any other hardware... I was just chatting when the display went black an a lot of white text became scrolling on. I shoot down and restarted.
Then another time (this ime I had no internet connection) the mac just break, nothing was moving and a little black rectangle appears on the left top (black rectangle with a white text saying "system"). I shoot down and restarted.
and so on...
I cant use the mac for no more than 30 minutes (when is good). it just break. Here with me I have no original disks to repair the hard disk (I will get them next week). I am asking if maybe there is another way to repair it, and also I would like to know what is going on!
I dont want repeat this experience, if there is something to do to protect my ibook from this kind of attacks.

Shouldn't be empty. Also: Is there a file called 'panic.log' in one of the Log folders?

Non hai cambiato niente? Propio niente? Non hai neanche installato una nuova software oppure attaccato un iPod?

Hai provatu un reset dell PRAM? Quando rilanci il Computer, tieni i tasti ALT+MELA+P+R e aspetta finche senti due volte il tuono d'avvio. Non so se funziona, pero e un tentativo standard che si fa quando il Mac fa dei problemi seri.

Guess: These lines from your logs contain all of your troubles...

First of all, try a "Safe Boot" (Boot up with Shift Key held down). If everything works as expected in this "Apple-Software-only" mode, un-install all of the items above and fetch the latest updates to them.
Then we'll see...

(WHY Virex ??? There IS NO Virus for MOS X....and Virex isn't much better than Norton...just forget it!)

it is strange, but I have no virtual pc... maybe I installed it some months ago, but I am quite sure I put it off!
and both diskwarrior and virtex are been installed after the first "panic", toughting they should be a solution...
then stuffit... bah! it is a lot of time that I run that program and that version...

Sorry - I don't speak Italian, so I don't know, if this has been said:
- start your Mac
- go to Systempreferences>Users
- Create a new user
- Log out and log in as the new user
- See, if the crash still happens - if yes, it seems to be a problem on your drive, otherwise it's a problem with an installed software

(if your new user works, just copy over your data to the new user and forget the old one)

I uninstalled all the components (stuffit, virex, diskwarrior and virtualpc os service) but the system crash again... now I will try to create a new user and look what happens...

Re-Install your System Software.
That should be the most effective and reliable way to solve your problem.
And... disconnect 3rd Party Hardware first.

(Sorry for this "No-Solution", but there are *way* too much possibilities what quirk could cause your Problem...)

If the system's gonna crash again, try the Hardware Test on the install DVD before re-formatting and re-installing the whole system.
You start the install DVD with held "c" button during the reboot, and then you're asked for a language. After this step you should see a register called "Utilities" (or whatever it means in italian). There is a item called hardware test.
First run this one, maybe the system's ram has got damaged or the logic board is defect. In those cases reinstalling would not help.
