[SE] iPhone wird nicht von iMac erkannt

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe seit neuestem folgendes Problem:
Habe mein SE längere Zeit nicht an den Mac angeschlossen (einfach vergessen) und musste nun feststellen, dass mein iPhone und mein iMac (13,2) nicht mehr miteinander kommunizieren. Wenn ich es per USB-Kabel verbinde, wird es weder geladen noch in iTunes angezeigt.

Folgendes habe ich bereits überprüft:
- Software ist auf beiden Geräten aktuell (sowohl iOS, OS X als auch iTunes)
- anderes Kabel probiert, keine Änderung
- beide Lightning-Kabel sind nicht defekt (beide original), am Ladegerät angeschlossen lädt das SE mit beiden Kabeln
- iPhone wird vom MacBook (4,1) erkannt
- iPod und ein anderes iPhone werden ohne Probleme in iTunes erkannt und geladen
- Neustart beider Geräte, Softreset und DFU-Mode am iPhone ändern nichts
- es taucht nicht einmal im Systembericht als angeschlossenes Gerät am USB-Port auf
- sämtliche USB-Ports sind allerdings funktionstüchtig (mit iPod und externer Festplatte getestet)
- PRAM/NVRAM reset hat auch nichts gebracht (hatte ich auch nicht mit gerechnet, aber man weiß ja nie...)
- andere USB-Geräte trennen u.ä. hat auch nichts geändert (hatte ich ebenfalls nicht erwartet)

Habe aktuell leider nicht die Zeit, mich länger mit dem Apple Support auseinander zu setzen oder in einen Store zu fahren, darum hoffe ich, dass vielleicht jemand eine Idee hat, was das Problem und vielleicht sogar die Lösung sein könnte?

Schau dir mal die Lightning Buchse des iPhones GENAU an und prokel eventuellen Dreck mit zB einem Zahnstocher raus.
