Hallo zusammen,

Ich bin seit Jahren ein stiller Mitleser und bisher hatte ich auch nie Probleme.
Seitdem ich aber Mavericks 10.9.2 installiert habe ist ein Arbeiten nicht mehr vernünftig möglich.
In unregelmässigen Abständen friert der Rechner ein und lässt sich nur noch kalt aus und wieder einschalten. Dies macht er sowohl im Betrieb,als auch im Ruhezustand (aus dem er sich dann nicht erwecken lässt.

Eckdaten: Imac Mid 2010
12 GB RAM


Folgendes habe ich bereits versucht:

PRAM Reset
Rechte repariert
Festplatten geprüft
RAM geprüft
Schriftarten geprüft

Kein Ergebnis.

Ich weiss, dass für eine besser Diagnose die Mitteilung der Konsole gepostet werden muss.
Wie kopiere ich das hier am besten rein?

Zwei Ideen:
1. selektiv Speichermodule entfernen - vielleicht hat eines keine Lust mehr
2. OSX auf eine externe Platte frisch installieren und schauen, ob das Problem dann immer noch auftritt. Jahrgang 2010 klingt danach, als wären schon etliche Updates gelaufen, aber vielleicht hat ja eines davon Müll hinterlassen
 
Es gibt eine Anleitung wie du Konsole Einträge richtig postest. Da du schon lange hier mitliest, wirst du sie finden. Kopieren wird mit cmd c / eingefügt mit cmd v.
Hast du auch die Liste mit den Warnungen vor zerstörerischen 3rd Party Tools wie Virenscanner, clean Up Tools und sonstigem Zeug, das angibt Verbesserungen am von Apple entwickelten System zu machen, gelesen?
Ich kann sie dir zur Zeit nicht suchen, du musst selbst aktiv werden.
Bei der Gelegenheit könntest du auch EtreCheck laden und das Protokoll wie einige Zeilen aus der Konsole (kurz vor dem Einfrieren) mit Code posten.

Hallo, ich habe exakt dasselbe Problem:

Seti dem Update auf 10.9.2:

1) Egal ob in Safari, iTunes oder in Logic. Das Internet wird langsam und der Mac hängt sich kurz darauf komplett auf. Das heißt ich kann nicht mal in Finder wechseln und Sofort Beenden. Das passiert nachdem ich ihn anschalten ca. nach einer halben Stunde. Ich muss mit dem Power-Button einen Neustart erzwingen!

2) Wenn der Mac in den Ruhezustand geht und ich ihn dann wieder aktiviere ist nur ein schwarzer Bildschirm + Maus zu sehen. Die Maus kann ich bewegen aber ich sehe kein Bild mehr. Auch nicht durch zu und wieder aufklappen des Laptops. Wieder erzwungenes Ausschalten erforderlich!

Hatte mal früher welche drauf, sie aber gelöscht.
Kurios ist, dass der Fehler erst seit dem letzten Update auftritt - davor lief die Kiste wie geschmiert.
Ich werde heute Abend mal die Konsoleneinträge posten, vielleicht kann da mal jemand was sehen. Ich selbst werde da nämlich nicht schlau draus

Gelungen. Wenn du beim nächsten Mal auch noch die vielen Leerzeilen rauslöscht, damit das Protokoll nicht so zerrissen aussieht, dann ist es perfekt.

Was ich sehe: Java ist überhaupt nicht funktionierend. Vermutlich nicht aktualisiert. Also kümmere dich darum.
--> com.dymo.pnpd.plist: Was ist das? Deinstalliere das zugehörende Programm, nach Anleitung auf der Website oder du hast einen Uninstaller im Ordner, dann mit diesem. Ich kenne es nicht. Lass es einstweilen weg und installiere es erst neu, wenn alles klappt. Auf jeden Fall ist da ein Hund drinnen.
-->CleanMyDrive solltest du auf jeden Fall deinstallieren. Auch diesmal musst du auf die Website schauen, wie man das Programm richtig entfernt. Nur Programme, die du per Drag & Drop in den Programmordner platziert hast, können auch so in den Papierkorb gezogen werden. So will es Apple. Aber viele Entwickler halten sich nicht daran und liefern ein Image, das geöffnet werden muss, damit das P. installiert werden kann. Deshalb muss es auch mit einem Deinstaller wieder entfernt werden, sonst bleiben unangenehm auffallende Reste.

--> entferne alles aus den Anmeldeobjekten (Systemeinstellungen / Benutzer & Gruppen/dein User /Anmeldeobjekte), prüfe ob die Programme aktuell sind und füge sie, wenn du sie tatsächlich brauchst, erst eins nach dem anderen, wieder hinzu, wenn der Mac nicht mehr streikt. Schließe Dropbox und starte sie erst wieder, wenn du sie brauchst. Oft ist Dropbox für den hohen CPU von
com.apple.IconServicesAgent verantwortlich.

Ob mit Parallels alles in Ordnung ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Das musst du selber feststellen, indem du es löscht und neu installierst. Ist nicht die Installation über Bootcamp besser? ich meine so etwas gelesen zu haben, aber ich brauche kein Windows und bin deshalb nicht wirklich vertraut damit. Aber du kannst ja in den Threads "Windows auf dem Mac" nachlesen.

Wenn du das alles gemacht hast, starte im Safe Mode (Shift Taste halten bis der Balken erscheint), damit die Caches geleert werden. das dauert ein wenig und auch der normale Start danach dauert länger, weil sämtliche kext erst wieder geladen werden müssen.
Den Logfile aus der Konsole sehe ich mir gleich an.

So, nächster Schritt. Ich meine, nach dem Start im Safe Mode sollten sich einige Probleme (etwa das mit Safari) gelöst haben. Aber das Dymo plugin solltest du auf jeden Fall entfernen, so viel ich gelesen habe funktioniert das ab Lion (!) nicht mehr.

Spotlight macht auch Probleme. Lässt du auch deine externen Devices oder eine Speicherkarte auch indizieren? Externe Medien mag Spotlight gar nicht. Ziehe die alle in die Privatsphäre samt deiner HD (wie du sie auf dem Schreibtisch siehst). Nach einem Neustart nimmst du die HD wieder heraus und gedulde dich ein wenig, weil Spotlight jetzt neu indiziert. Das dauert seine Zeit, je nach Datenvolumen.

Dann hast du da verschiedene Internetzugänge, die alle spuken. Dein Developper-Account, das Notificationcenter, Bookstore, Applestore, etc. Ich würde mich überall abmelden (auch bei iTunes) und mich nach einem Neustart sorgfältig wieder anmelden. Muss ja nicht gleich alles auf einmal passieren, sondern dann, wenn du den Zugang benötigst.

process prl_vm_app hängt mit Parallels zusammen, da meckert das System, dass ununterbrochen Wakeups generiert werden. Ob das störend ist, weiß ich nicht. Aber Parallels steht (bei mir) generell unter Verdacht.

Jetzt weiß ich aber icht genau, wann der Mac gefroren ist. Nach Fertigstellung des Backups? Musst du danach keinen Neustart machen? Interessant sind die letzten Zeilen vor dem Freeze und die Aufzeichnung des Neustarts danach. Davon sehe ich aber nichts. :confused:
