Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit heute Mittag ein Problem, dass ich gestern noch nicht hatte...

Beim Versuch ein bestimmtes von mir erstelltes jpeg (ca. 8MB, in Illustrator erstellt, mit Photoshop bearbeitet und gespeichert) in diversen Programmen zu öffnen, reinzuladen etc. stürzen mir diese Programme ab. Der Fehler ist reproduzierbar mit Powerpoint, Word, Mail (beim Versuch als Anhang zu laden). In Photoshop kann ich die Datei öffnen. Sonstige Infos: BS Snow Leopard, aktualisiert, MS Office 2008.

Hat einer eine Idee wo ich ansetzen könnte?

Edith meint noch, dass in der Fehlermeldung oft coregraphics auftaucht. Falls gewünscht kann ich die Fehlermeldung gerne posten.
 
Wie ist die Platte formatiert? Hast du Windows drauf?
Ja, poste die Konsolemeldungen (erweitert, Code #), sicher kann sie jemand entschlüsseln.
 
Tritt der Fehler nur bei diesem einen JPEG auf oder auch bei anderen? Könnte nämlich auch sein, dass das JPEG kaputt ist.
 
Hatte ich auch schon. Photoshop hat sich irgendwie um den Fehler rumgemogelt, der Rest mochte nicht.
 
Aha. Wenn der TE eine Kopie von der kaputten Datei macht, hat er dann eine Chance oder ist auch die Kopie mit den gleichen Fehlern behaftet? Bei korrupten Worddokumenten hilft das nämlich manchmal
 
Ich glaube nicht, dass es was hilft, aber probieren kann man es ja mal. Denke allerdings eher dass sich der Fehler fortpflanzen wird.
Dass sich Photoshop anders verhält als die übrigen Programme könnte daran liegen, dass sich PS nicht auf die Quartz-Engine von Mac OSX verlässt sondern eigene En-/Decoder verwendet.
 
Aaaaalso,

- die Platte ist MacOSX Extended (Journaled) formatiert. Kein Windows, Bootcamp o.ä. drauf
- Fehler tritt auch bei einem anderen jpeg auf, das auf die selbe Weise erstellt wurde (Illustrator>Photoshop)
- der Fehler trat aber gestern bei selbigen Dateien nicht auf
- beim letzten Runterfahren hat sich mein Macbook gestern abend aufgehängt (blauer Schirm und drehendes Rad). Musste ihn dann mit dem Geräteschalter ausmachen. Weiß nicht ob es etwas damit zu tun hat.
- das Bild ist sowohl im Finder als auch in der Vorschau problemlos anzusehen
- was bitte ist TE? Steh ich gerade auf dem Schlauch?

Du hättest da nicht die gesamte Litanei posten müssen, sondern nur die entsprechenden Zeilen, nachdem du versucht hast, das Foto in Word zu implementieren, einem Mail anzuhängen oder in Powerpoint einzufügen.
Die Meldungen sind chronologisch geordnet und der genaue Zeitpunkt des Prozesses steht immer ganz links. So erkennst du leicht, welche Zeilen relevant sind und wir müssen uns nicht durch ein ganzes Buch wühlen. :-)
 
Was mich an dem CrashReport wundert ist, dass CoreGraphics hier offenkundig versucht mit einem Vierfarb-Bild umzugehen (CYMK)

JPEGs sind eigentlich ja RGB-Dateien. Ich habe allerdings keine Ahnung ob das evtl. sogar normal ist. Da müsste mal ein (Konsolen-) Profi ran.
 
Du hast irgendein Tool geladen, das stört. Es dürfte Core Graphics heißen.
Wie hast du es installiert? Mit einem Installer? Dann gibt es auch einen Deinstaller, mit dem du es probeweise deinstallieren solltest. Oder vielleicht ist es nur nicht aktualisiert.
Wenn du keinen Deinstaller findest, aber meinst, es gab einen, dann kannst du es noch Mal laden, dann ist der Deinstaller dabei.
Oder du suchst mit EasyFind alle Dateien, die Core Graphics im Namen haben (LaunchDaemons-Ordner in beiden Librarys sind verdächtig, aber auch die Startobjekte oder es gibt davon ein Pref.Pan, ganz unten in den Systemeinstellungen?

CoreGraphic ist ein Systembestandteil, deswegen fängt der Name im Protokoll auch mit com.apple an. Kann also kein Zusatztool sein.
Genaugenommen handelts es sich um den 2D-Renderer des Quartz-Frameworks (Grafik-Framework von OSX) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz_(graphics_layer)
Ich würde das mal nicht löschen ;)
 
Na da bin ich mal gespannt.... CoreGraphics ist meines Wissens ein integraler Bestandteil von OS X bzw. des Quartz Frameworks. Oder umgekehrt.
 
Ich dachte halt das ist das: Core Graphics Framework
Wenn der Bestandteil im System liegt, dann darf er natürlich nicht gelöscht werden, davon habe ich auch nicht gesprochen. Nur von den Librarys. Und von einem De-installer, und den gibt es ja für Systembestandteil nicht!
com.apple, habe ich wohl gesehen, aber nicht beachtet.
