BITTE um Hilfe!!! Kernel Panic

Hallo alle zusammen.

Ich habe auf meinen Mac Pro 1,1 Mac OS 10.11 und installiert. Grafikkarte ist eine AMD Raedon 6870 HD 1GB
Hat alles gut geklappt bis auf einmal mein Mac alle 5 minuten abschmiert.
Was mir auch aufgefallen ist: bei den Systeminfos unter Grafikkarte zeigt es mir die Grafikkarte nur so an AMD RAEDON 6XXX HD anstatt AMD RAEDON 6870 HD 1GB
