- Download iFuntastic from http://iphonealley.com/disknode/get/67/ifuntastic400.html?download
on your Mac:
- Put "akaRemote" into iPhone's Applications folder (using iFuntastic, etc.)
- If you want install the i3L icons distributed with this package on your iphone, follow the instructions in iFuntastic
- You can also use iFuntastic to install the Default.png distributed with this package in the application folder on the iphone to replace the "Default application" startup screen which currently displays on startup of
- Choose "Create Network..." from AirPort menu or Internet Connect utility.
- Create a Computer-to-Computer Network.
- Configure your AirPort's TCP/IP as below.
Configure IPv4: Manually
IP Address: 10.0.0.3
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Open the i3L application
on iPhone:
- Open Wi-Fi Networks Settings.
- Choose the network that your Mac created.
- Configure your Wi-Fi as below.
IP Address: Static
IP Address: 10.0.0.5
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Go to settings/ general/ auto-lock and set to "never" (remember to change this after you quit i3L)
- Open "akaRemote"
