Ich hab seit geraumer Zeit Freezes auf meinem iMac 27; ich kann sie nicht provozieren und kann kein Muster erkennen, vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen, die abzustellen? Egal, ob viele Programme oder nur eines, egal, ob grad 5 Minuten an oder 5 Stunden, es kann jederzeit auftreten oder einen Tag lang gar nicht. Wenn er freezed, kann man den Cursor noch bewegen, Musik spielt auch noch weiter, aber das war es auch. Dann hilft nur noch der Lange Druck auf den Power-Knopf. Das kann so natürlich nicht weitergehen...insbesondere, wenn man was Wichtiges arbeitet, macht einen das echt wahnsinnig. Ich hab bei einem Freeze auch mal 2 Stunden laufen lassen - es ändert sich nichts.

Zu den Specs:

- iMac 27, Late 2009, 2,66 i-Core5, 10 GB RAM
- 10.12.3

Hier ein Auszug aus dem Systemprotokoll kurz und nach einem Freeze inkl. Neustart. Auffällig ist, dass das immer etwa gleich aussieht - diese Einträge mit ASL Module und so. Crash kommt so gegen 21:04, etwa.

Ja, einen USB-Hub von Hama und über USB eine externe Intenso Festplatte für TM. Über Bluetooth Magic Trackpad und Apple Wireless Tastatur. Am Hub sind noch 2 Drucker, die sind aber eigentlich immer aus, wenn die Abstürze kommen.

Ich dachte wirklich schon, es hätte sich nach Entfernen des Hubs erledigt. Hat es aber nicht - soeben war es wieder so weit...

Habe bei meinem 2009 exakt die gleichen Symptome. Sehe das in Zusammenhang mit Sierra, da er unter El Cap astrein lief.

So, endlich mal geschafft, den RAM-Test mit Memtest zu machen. Ergebnis: Alles ok. SMART-Report sagt auch, alles ok. Apple Hardware-Test lässt sich ums Verrecken nicht starten, die trestliche Hardware war also leider nicht testbar. Tja, nun ist guter Rat teuer. Freezes kommen weiterhin. Ich hab den Mac jetzt auch lange ohne jegliche Peripherie betrieben...keine Auswirkungen auf die Freezes...

Scheint ja ein hartnäckiges Problem zu sein. Und auch wenn ich nichts zur Problemfindung beitragen kann drück ich die Daumen das du des Übels Wurzel findest.

Mach doch mal bitte sicheren Systemstart und schau, wie der Rechner sich verhält. Dann update auf 10.12.4, habe mal irgendwo gelesen, dass diese Meldung "Failed to harvest strings for pathless uuid" wohl schon irgendwie mit Sierra zusammenhängt...
Weiter: Flash und Java am besten deinstallieren, wenn Du es denn haben möchtest oder benötigst, beides auf Aktualität überprüfen/aktualisieren (EtreCheck sagt ja zu Deinem Flash "outdated").
Wie läuft denn der Rechner, wenn Du einen neuen Benutzer anlegst und mit dem eine zeitlang testet....
