AppleScript einbinden?

Hallo, wie bindet man AppleScripte ein? Z.b. eines für den Safari!
Dieses macht das alle geöffneten Tabs in bestimmten Zeitintervallen neu laden.

Das brauchste nicht einzubinden. Einfach:

1. In den Scripteditor kopieren
2. als Programm sichern
3. starten

Solange es läuft führt es alle 120 Sekunden die reloads durch.
