Apple Mail: mBox, nicht alle Mails werden exportiert

Wir sind dabei von unseren Imacs auf neue Imacs umzuziehen.
Das ganze machen wir ohne Migrationsassistent um keine Altlasten der einzelnen Clients mitzunehmen.

Wenn ich nun wie von Apple vorgeschlagen einen x beliebigen Posteingang als mbox exportiere und auf dem neuen Imac wieder importiere sind nicht alle Mails enthalten.

Die Dateigröße der exportierten mbox ist immer 2,15GB egal wohin ich diese exportiere (USB Stick(Fat32, MacOSJournaled), Interne HDD (AFPS), Server(MacOSJournaled).

Updates sind alle aktuellen installiert. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir hier weiterkommen?

Apple Mail, like all other mail programs(Outlook and Thunderbird) gives a mix of emails-a part is completely downloaded to the offline mode, the rest part stays with the server. In few emails, the entire message stays with the server, specially the mails containing attachments and hyperlinks.
Later, I got an application that could make Apple Mail download thew entire message forcibly. I came across Mail Backup X from here. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/fo...p-all-the-apple-mail-emails-with-attachments/

This application also exports the emails to "Apple Mail Archive format", thus helping you to import the mails easily in the new system.

Highly appreciate your reply but maybe i should have mentioned that there are just mails left on the server from last 30 days.
We have 25 employees working in groups on projectes (architecture). Every project has its own project mail box.
As the mail boxes usually are very large we are just running POP mail servers and after 30 days the messages are deleted on the server.
So the only mail backup we have is on every employees iMac who is actually working on a specific project.. we don´t have backed up our mails online.. so i guess all emails are in offline mode except those from last 30 days?

Mail Backup X kann auch Ihre Offline-MBOX-Dateien importieren. Sie haben bereits erwähnt, dass die Mail wahrscheinlich mehr sein könnte, aber Sie erhalten nur 2,15 GB Post. Sie können alle Ihre E-Mails im MBOX-Format im Mail Backup X Viewer überprüfen. Sie können die Abwesenheit von E-Mails erneut prüfen (sofern verfügbar). Diese Anwendung ist nicht das Tool, das nur die Online-E-Mails sichert. Es sichert beide Arten von E-Mails.
