Moin zusammen

Kurz und schmerzvoll: Eventuell Zufall, aber ich habe eine neue Office Software installiert. Seither stürzt mein Catalina regelmässig ab. Angefangen hat es mit (ungesichertem) Word, grrrr..... Dann das Mail, und schon mehrmals der Finder. Ich liebe ja Beachballs, aber bitte nur am Strand. Wie gesagt, zeitlich kann das ein Zufall sein, vorher hatte ich höchstens ganz vereinzelt mal ein Absturz des Finders seit der Installation von Catalina.
Ist das die nicht gerade hervorragende Stabilität von Catalina oder kann die regulär und offiziell gekaufte Office-Anwendung dafür verantwortlich sein? Lästig ist es sowieso. Eventuell hat ja der eine oder andere von euch noch einen Tipp, was ich dagegen machen kann.

Kann ich bei mir nicht nachvollziehen. Sowohl macOS 10.15 als auch MS Office-Produkte laufen auf meinen Geräten einwandfrei.

Schau ich mir gleich mal an. Andere sicher auch. Aber so lange ich mal das ganze Anschein - gleich zwei Dinge die einem ins Auge springen!

More than one antivirus app - This machine has multiple antivirus apps installed.

Viel bringt nicht viel. Weder unter Windows noch unter macOS. Niemals - wirklich niemals mehr als einen Antivirus Scanner installieren. Die kommen sich nur in die Quere und der lachende Dritte ist der Virus / Trojaner der dann - wenn 2 sich streiten - oft unbemerkt sein Unwesen treiben kann.

Adware - Adware detected.

Und davon ab - unter macOS sind die AV Programme so schlecht - die Erkennungsrate geht gegen null - so dass Brain 2.0 viel mehr bringt unter macOS als ein AV Programm.

Wie man bei Dir auch sieht. Hast AV Programm - und hast trotzdem Adware - Glückwunsch!


Und jetzt schau ich mir das Ganze mal in Ruhe an.

1. Du hast oder hattet MacCleaner auf Deinem Rechner. Der größte Spionage Trojaner überhaupt. Wieso installiert man so einen Rotz bitte? Weder ein Windows und schon gar nicht ein Apple Rechner brauchen irgendwelche System Optimierung und Aufräumen Programme! Und MacCleaner schon gar nicht - spioniert Dich nur aus.

2. Wie gesagt - wirf die Antivirus Programme herunter. Und WENN Du uns / mir nicht glaubst, beschränke es auf ein Schlangenöl Programm!

3. Du hast 13x 32bit Apps auf Deinem Rechner laufen, das taugt bei Catalina natürlich nicht. Entweder die Apps ersetzen oder Mojave installieren.

4. Ach Cocktail noch so ein Aufräumen Programm für Mac hast auch noch drauf? Ja sauber!

5. Irgendwelche Programme haben tiefgreifende Änderungen in den Systemressourcen gemacht.

6. Du hast eine enorme Systemauslastung, wahrscheinlich verursacht durch die vorherigen Punkte.


Also ich fasse mal zusammen.
- Catalina = 64bit Apps
- Kein Virenscanner und wenn schon, dann nur einen!
- Wieso zum Henker zig verschiedene Aufräumtools? Viele davon sind Spionagetools, viele davon räumen irgendwas auf und zerhauen Dein System, so wie bei Dir jetzt.

Aber immer erst ist Apple mit Catalina Schuld was? :)

Was ich Dir rate bei der abgeschossenen Maschine?
Nur rein die Daten / Dateien sichern.
USB Stick mit Catalina oder Mojave erstellen.
MacBook formatieren und neu installieren.
In Zukunft vorher nachdenken was man installiert.

Also, eigentlich achte ich sehr darauf, was ich auf dem MBP installiere. Ist schliesslich mein Business-Laptop. Daher bin ich massiv erstaunt, dass ich ZWEI Virenscanner installiert haben soll. Das mit 64Bit ist mir natürlich auch klar. Zudem finde ich deine Aussage, dass mein MBP softwaretechnisch am Ars** ist ziemlich übertrieben. ABER vielen herzlichen Dank für deine Mühe und deine weiteren Erkenntnisse!

Edit: Wenn ich unter Programme im Systembericht schaue, führt er gerade mal 6 32Bit Programme auf. Alles AAM Notifier, die ich eh nicht brauche. Dann habe ich alle Daten auf einer Cloud. Von daher ist es schon gut, dass mal etwas geforscht wir auf meiner FP. Aber wie gesagt, ich bin verblüfft, was sich da alles so ansammelt, obwohl ich immer der Meinung war, dass ich relativ sorgfältig damit umgehe, was ich installiere und was nicht!

Und vor allem, es wurden Änderungen an der Systemkonfiguration gemacht (durch irgendwelche tollen Tools) - weißt Du welche? Ich nicht. Wie willst das wieder hinbekommen?

Ist schliesslich mein Business-Laptop.

Ja und das macht es schlimmer. Du hast Dir ein Spionage Tool installiert. Kann sein dass Du es deinstalliert hast - oder vielleicht sind auch noch Reste drauf. Und das Risiko mit beruflichen Daten willst eingehen und es so lassen?

Gerade weil es ein beruflich genutztes Notebook ist - gehört der Rechner schnell platt gemacht.

Also, eigentlich achte ich sehr darauf, was ich auf dem MBP installiere.

Und wieso dann solche Aufräumen Tools? Nutzloses Zeugs das nur das System abschießt?
Wie man ja an Deinem Rechner sieht.

Aber wie gesagt, ich bin verblüfft, was sich da alles so ansammelt, obwohl ich immer der Meinung war, dass ich relativ sorgfältig damit umgehe, was ich installiere und was nicht!

-Alles, was sich da auf dem Rechner tummelt, hast du installiert und/oder teilweise auch falsch deinstalliert.
-CleanMyMac ist sinnbefreit und ggf. in den Händen unbedarfter auch gefährlich, und wie man bei dir sieht, auch sofern du es mal angewendet hast nutzlos, denn genügend Reste tummeln sich nach wie vor auf dem Rechner.
-Avira ist unter MacOS für so ziemlich jedes schräge Verhalten gut und da du Adware/Malware auf dem Rechner hast, und das bereits seit 2017 auch nicht einmal in der Lage diese zu finden

Zum Problem, lösche Avira und CleanMyMac, aber nach HerstellerAnleitung, beseitige die Adware (hier gilt, lade von keinen Downloadportalen wie Chip.de, Macupdate.com, softonic oder ähnlichen, die packen derartiges in ihre Downloads), und lasse dann etrecheck nochmals laufen, dann aber mit volluzugriff auf die Festplatte, das kannst du einstellen in Systemeinstellungen/Sicherheit/Datenschutz/Festplattenvollzugriff, dort ertrecheck hinzufügen, dann den Test durchlaufen lassen, anschliessend kannst du den wieder deaktivieren) Durch den Festplattenvollzugriff erscheinen noch einige weitere Daten im Bericht, dann könnte man auch weitere Verdächtige festmachen.

also was ich hier sehe wurde die adware mit einem flashinstaller installiert
und wie Macbeatnik schon schrieb: weg mit avira und cleanmymac
und cocktail kann schon eine hilfe sein wenn man weis was man damit tut

Ein sauberer Catalina Cleaninstall wäre hier sicher sehr gut angebracht und bei dem verwurzten Ding wohl besser als halbherzige Löschaktionen. Die ganzen fiesen Dateienleichen bekommt er sicherlich nie mehr raus gefischt.

Ich übertreibe es bei meinen Macs sicher mit der Reinlichkeit im System und öfter mal cleanes installen (Ich lerne dabei immer was und expermentiere viel, so dass das Zeug mal wieder runter muss). Bei so einer Etre Checkliste würde ich wohl eingehen :rolleyes:

Ich übertreibe es bei meinen Macs sicher mit der Reinlichkeit im System und öfter mal cleanes installen (Ich lerne dabei immer was und expermentiere viel, so dass das Zeug mal wieder runter muss). Bei so einer Etre Checkliste würde ich wohl eingehen :rolleyes:
