2011er IMac unglaublich langsam geworden

Hallo,
Ich würde wirklich ganz dringend eure Hilfe gebrauchen. Mein IMac hatte letzte Woche einen spontanen "Zusammenbruch"
Firefox war von so einer Suchmaschine Befallen, dessen Name ich grad nicht mehr weiß. Hab das Problem gegoogelt und auch gelöst. Dann machte die Adobe Suite komplett KACK (Fehler: 1 sei aufgetreten und ich sollte die komplette Suite nue installieren). Gesagt getan. Adobe Suite deinstalliert und neu raufgespielt und danach gings weiter bergab.
Allmähig lässt sich der Taskmanager nicht mehr öffnen (Dauerhaft Beachballing) und wenn Programme mal nicht reagieren bleiben Sie dauerhaft mit Beachballing im Bild. Außerdem lässt sich die Kiste nur noch jedes 10te Mal runterfahren, den Rest der Zeit reagiert sie gar nicht darauf. Ich habe als Aufräumsoftware nur AppCleaner verwendet und nen Cache Cleaner drüberlaufen lassen. Ist jetzt schon beides wieder von der Festplatte runter, nachdem ich mich bei euch etwas schlau gelesen hatte, aber der Mac ist immer noch unglaublich lahm und weder Taskmanager noch andere Programme funktionieren bei jedem mal oder laufen flüssig. Ich hab mal EtreCheck drüber laufen lassen und poste hier einfach mal das Ergebnis.

Wenn man einen Cache Cleaner laufen lässt, macht das den Rechner erheblich langsamer.

Zusätzlich scheint das System im Moment hauptsächlich damit beschäftigt zu sein, eine sehr große Anzahl von Daten im Papierkorb zu löschen oder eine Finder-Operation auszuführen, die Administrator-Rechte erfordert. Kann das sein?

Jap, hab zu dem Zeitpunkt grad die ganzen überflüssigen Programme im Papierkorb gelöscht.
Ich mach noch mal ohne die Löschaktion einen Etrecheck und häng den an.

Hallo? Ist da noch irgendwer?
Hab ich was vercheckt und genau das Problem ist schon irgnedwo anders gelöst worden?
Dann könnte vielleicht jemadn einen Link posten?
