Musik App nicht mehr im App Store?

Hallo,
meine Apple Musik-App (macOS 26) macht einige Probleme. Habe darüber im Tahoe-Threat schon berichtet.
Nun denke ich mir, machst einen radikalen Schnitt und installierst die App erst mal neu. Gottseidank schau ich vorher im App-Store, ob es die App hier zu laden gibt. Aber zu meiner Überraschung kann ich sie nicht finden.?

Wo oder wie kann ich die Musik-App laden, bzw. neu installieren?

Ist die nicht Bestandteil des macOS? Kann mich nicht erinnern das man die mal seperat laden konnte.

Ich glaube mich zu erinnern, daß das vor Ewigkeiten mal möglich war und ich das aus ähnlichen Gründen schon mal gemacht habe. Das war aber noch zu OSX-Zeiten. Im iOS ist sie ja auch verfügbar.

Es gibt keine separate "Tahoe"-Musik-App zum Herunterladen; macOS Tahoe ist das neue Betriebssystem von Apple, das die Musik-App bereits enthält, welche Sie über die Systemeinstellungen installieren können, sofern Ihr Mac kompatibel ist. Sie aktualisieren Ihren Mac auf das Betriebssystem Tahoe, um die darin enthaltene Musik-App zu nutzen

Da musst du dich bei Apple beschweren. Wenn es aktuell nicht geht, geht´s halt nicht.

Die Music - App ist Systembestandteil und nicht separat zu laden. Auch ein Löschen ist nicht vorgesehen.

Der von Dir angedachte Schritt ist leider auch vom Ansatz sinnlos. Das System wird als Ganzes separat installiert und ist nicht veränderbar, das gilt auch für eine Neuinstallation. Das ist also nicht geeignet, etwas zu ändern.

Wenn Du Probleme hast mit einer solchen App, wäre interessant, was es genau ist.

Und ggf. - ob 26.1 Abhilfe schafft. Wohl nächste Woche. Drücke schonmal die Daumen.

Nun, das nervigste Problem ist die Fehlermeldung "Musik wurde unerwartet beendet", die jedesmal beim ganz normalen Beenden der App auftritt.
Der + Button zum Hinzufügen von Titeln oder Alben in die Mediathek funktioniert manchmal nicht. Öffnet man ein Album oder Playlist und sieht die Titel, fehlen die dünnen Linien zwischen den Titeln. Erst wenn ich mit der Maus darauf fahre erscheinen sie.

Erstere Meldung heißt also, Absturz, App wird nicht normal beendet. Da wäre wie gesagt der Bericht interessant.

Zuweilen werden ja auch Artworks für die Alben geladen, wenn man da unterbricht, hat es mit dem Prozess schon ab und wann Dumme Witze gegeben.

Einige User haben den Artworkagent komplett gelöscht. Leere Artworks als Folge natürlich. Muss sich die App also neu ziehen. Danach war aber Ruhe.

Das würde ich aber nicht machen. Ursache bei Dir bisher unbekannt.

Auch Fehleranfälligkeit scheint aktuell das Phänomen, wenn man iTunes Match nutzt - und Musik versucht im Hintergrund zu laden, aber der Titel ist nicht mehr verfügbar. Gibt es auch verschiedene Effekte. Um es höflich zu sagen.

Bericht zum Absturz also für Ursache wäre wie gesagt was.

Die unteren Punkte schreien nach Updates - die App wird einfach nur noch stiefmütterlich betreut unter Mac OS.
