Das Spiel ist Teil der Reihe »Big Bang Brain Games«. Es umfasst 50 Level, in denen ihr ein Spielfeld mit möglichst wenigen Mouseklicks von Atomen befreien müsst. Das Spiel setzt mindestens Mac OS X 10.3.9, einen mit 600 Mhz getakteten Prozessor und 32 MB VRAM voraus.

Big Bang NovaSweeper lets you be the envy of your Windows-using compatriots with the most impressive Minesweeper game ever created. Ever! Big Bang Remembrance has Luna testing your memory by matching cards. Try to remember all the picture locations you can before they're turned over, then flip a pair of cards. If they match, they magically fall away - if they don't, enjoy Luna's heckling.
