Safari streikt

Hallo,

also mein Safari streik, also wen ich ihn öffne passiert folgendes. Das Programm lädt, dann siehe ich oben das Menu von Safari und dann stürzt er ab und dann kommt diese Dialogbox mit "An Apple senden..." Zur Zeit habe ich FireFox installiert...
Habe OS X.4 drauf, Safari schon versucht neu zu installieren usw. kein Erfolg. Ich hoffe nicht, das ich alles neu installieren muss =(

Schau in /Applications/Utilities/Console.app das Safari.crash.log an. Was steht als letzte Fehlermeldung drin?

Wie lese ich genau den Fehler aus????

schau mal nach wie groß der IconCache ist unter Users -> Library -> Safari -> Icons
Den kannst du löschen und die Rechte dieses Ordners auf "Nur Lesen" einstellen, damit vermeidest du das er sich erneut füllt und Safari im Laufe der Zeit langsam wird bzw. crasht. Entferne bitte ebenfalls die Haken bei den nicht benötigten Sprachen wenn du dir die Infos (Apfel+I) von der Safari.app anzeigen läßt (Englisch und German reichen normalerweise)

Hast du eventuell Erweiterungen bzw. Plugins für Safari installiert?

Ja, kannst du und auf "Nur Lesen" stellen. Du hast zumindest mal iGetter installiert, das ist eine erweiterung für den Safari (Download-Manager). Den würde ich auch mal aus dem "InputManagers" Ordner verbannen.
