MBP 2010 i5 15" schon wieder abgestürzt...

Jaaa so langsam nervt es mich echt. Alle prophezeiten dass Mac-Rechner sogut wie nie abstürzen etc. doch mittlerweile in den 2 Monaten, die ich das Macbook jetzt ungefähr habe ist es mir öfters abgestürzt wie meine Windows-Mühlen...

Beim ersten Mal dacht ich noch okay, kann ja ma passieren. Dann meckert mein Macbook manchma rum, dass es absolut nicht mehr reagiert, heißt zum Beispiel beim Lauter/Leisermachen sieht man aufm Display keine Anzeige mehr dafür, das gilt für alle F-Hotkeys.

Dann stürzt es öfters mittendrin ma ab, während ich nur in Safari unterwegs bin oder einfach nichts mache... im Desktop. Überall und vor allem wird zu dem Zeitpunkt auch nichtmal Leistung gefordert.

Langsam bin ich es ehrlich gesagt leid, dass es dauernd abstürzt und deshalb poste ich jetzt mal nen Logbericht vom letztem Absturz in der Hoffnung, dass ihr mir sagen könnt, was das Problem ist.

Meinst den RAM? Hmm den hab ich letztens schonmal extra getestet, weil jemand das in Raum geworfen hatte und da war alles okay.

Ich tippe da auch mal auf ein defektes Speichermodul.
Bei den aktuellen MBP's 15" kenne mich nicht mehr so aus.
Kommt man da an die Speichermodule ?
Die würde mal testweise wechseln - alternativ zurück zum Verkäufer.

MacBooks - soweit wir sie hier haben - stürzen nicht einfach so ab. OK, manchmal vielleicht, wenn man Office:Mac laufen hat oder so.

Könnte ich damit im Prinzip zu nem Media Markt won Apple Service Point drin ist hingehen? Um das Testen zu lassen, oder gegebenenfalls da auch austauschen lassen?

Dann ist ja gut, war schon bisschen enttäuscht, weils echt schon oft war. Ist aber trotzdem ärgerlich, bei sonem hohen Preis erwartet man 100% Funktionalität.

Ja, diese Werbemärchen. Bei Apple zudem von einer häufig sehr willigen Kundschaft verbreitet, die gerne dumme Werbevergleiche mitträgt, nachdem sie über Jahre Billig-Dosen hatten, die eben entsprechend Probleme bereiteten. Andererseits sind Mac-Kunden auch nicht ganz grundlos meist zufrieden. Denn wenn die Hardware in Ordnung ist, laufen Macs tadellos. Nur kann man sich den 'Windosen'-Vergleich eben völlig sparen. Denn entsprechende Geräte laufen genau so zuverlässig, wenn sonst alles in Ordnung ist. Die letzten Abstürze hatte ich selber jedenfalls auf einem Mac auf meiner Arbeitsstelle (08er MacPro), während der dort laufenden Windowsrechner ein dauerlaufendes Arbeitstier ist. Aber das gilt für meine Macs zuhause genau so.

Ich würde dir aber raten, das Macbook zur Reparatur zu geben, bevor du dich weiter auf Fehlersuche machst. Ob Speicher, Grafikkarten-Speicher oder CPU. Warum selber hantieren, wenn die Verantwortung ein Techniker übernehmen kann.

Allerdings sah ich gerade auch, dass du wohl Parallels laufen hast. Damit können Abstürze in einigen Versionen forciert werden. So habe ich es zumindest bereits häufiger in meinem Bekanntenkreis erlebt. Nach einer Snow-Leo-Neuinstallation ohne Parallels (bzw. einer dann neu aufgespielten, aktuellen Version) waren auch die Abstürze Geschichte. Das gleiche gilt für ältere Versionen von NTFS-3G oder z.B. VirtualBox, das erst in den letzten Versionen sehr zufriedenstellend läuft. Mit letzterem hatte meine Frau auf ihrem Macbook Pro viele Probleme, die sich mit den letzten Versionen aber gänzlich erledigt haben (mittlerweile übrigens tolle Software für den parallelen Windowsbetrieb zum Nulltarif).
