Hallo an alle,

leider raucht mir ca. alle zwei Tage mein Macbook Pro komplett ab (zwei Tage alt) und zwar mit diesem grauen Bildschirm und der bitte neu zu starten. Zusätzlich stürzt Safari fast 3-4mal täglich ab.

Mit meinem weißen Macbook ist mir das in zwei Jahren nie passiert. Ich kannte diesen grauen Bildschirm gar nicht... Was kann das sein? Der Harwaretest (Taste D beim Starten) sagt mir in beiden Modi (langsamer + schneller Test) das alles ok ist...

Oha! Hast Du vlt irgendwas installiert was so in das System reinhackt, Virenscanner z.B.?
Bei Window hätte ich gesagt: format c: und alles neu macht der Mai. Würde ich vlt in Deinem Fall auch mal probieren.
Wenn es nach einer frischen Installation immer noch so ist, dann auf alle Fälle bei Apple vorsprechen.

Könnte eventuell auch das RAM sein... Hatte ich auch mal und musste damals leider feststellen, dass der Hardwaretest von Apple nicht sehr zuverlässig ist... :(

Falls er das RAM sein sollte, empfehle ich einfach mal Memtest+ http://www.memtest.org/ drüber laufen zu lassen. Einfach ISO herunterladen, brennen und dann den Mac von CD booten lassen - funktioniert, ich habe es probiert! Memtest+ ist recht zuverlässig, einfach mal 2 bis 3 Stunden laufen lassen.

Dank euch für die Tipps!!

Ich habe jetzt mal alles neu eingerichtet und 10.6.2 weggelassen. Habe im Appleforum gelesen, dass da wohl ein paar mit Probleme hatten. Und da ich sofort die 10.6.2 installiert habe, als ich das Macbook bekommen habe (+ Parallels 5) liegt es vielleicht daran?

Mal testen!

wie gesagt habe ich alles neu eingerichtet und heute morgen wieder passiert, allerdings hier der Zusammenhang:

Macbook aus dem StandBy geholt
1) Safari gestartet, YouTube Video angesehen und Safari abgestürzt
2) Safari wieder gestartet, das selbe YouTube Video angesehen und KernelPanic

Woran kann das liegen?

Mach einen Speichertest mit Memtest+! Klingt verdammt nach Speicherproblem.
Oder ruf bei den Äpfeln an, schilder das Problem und die werden Dir dann sagen, was Du weiter zu machen hast. Sie werden Dich wahrscheinlich zu einem auth. Apfel-Shop schicken, damit die dort das Book testen können (Speichertest z.B. ;)

So hab zwei Durchläufe in zwei Stunden durchgemacht. Nicht ein einziger Fehler.

Heute Vormittag nach dem Absturz lief das Macbook 3,5 Stunden auch ohne Probleme in der Uni durch. Und das mit ständig laufender virtueller Machine (Windows XP unter Parallels 5), zusätzlich noch unter Mac nen paar PDF Dateien offen und Mail + Safari.

Habe eben noch 10.6.1 und Safari 4.0.4 installiert. Mal sehen wie es weitergeht. Habe jetzt die virtuelle Maschine mal auf DualCore und 1GB umgestellt.

Weiß nicht so genau, was ich nun machen soll.

Dann mußt Du weiter probieren. Aber vorsicht: Memtest+ ist keine wirklich 100%ige Sicherheit, daß der Speicher i.O. ist.
Falls Du immer noch Probleme haben solltest, würde ich wirklich bei Apple vorsprechen, vlt ist irgendwas anderes defekt (Board).

Hallo,

so mal als Rückmeldung:

Hab es abholen lassen und nen neues Macbook Pro. Jetzt geht alles. Was bei dem ersten auch nicht ging Coconut starten. Brach immer ab. Die gleiche Datei startet nun auf dem neuen Macbook ohne Probleme!

Warum nicht gleich so :) Wozu hat man denn die doch so kompetente Apfel-Garantie + Hilfe :)

Wenn mein nagelneues System nicht rennen würde, würde ich immer dort anrufen. Ich seh doch nicht ein damit rumzuwurschteln.. Apple wirbt schließlich damit, dass es läuft. Und die Gefahr, dass doch irgendwas dran ist wäre mir einfach zu groß..

Naja, ist halt auch ein Stück Technik, und da kann immer mal was faul sein. Ist halt nur doof, wenn man dann gerade so ein faules Ei erwischt. Glücklicherweise ist Apple da aber meist recht entgegenkommend und diskutiert da nicht lange rum... ;)
