Pages stürzt immer wieder beim sichern ab. Heute bekam ich dazu folgende Fehlermeldung:

Es ist nicht immer, aber auffallend oft und ausgerechnet beim sichern!

Wer weiss hier einen Rat?

deaktiviere mal das Plug-In SFWordProcessing, dieses Plug-In verursacht häufig etwas Ärger

Irgendeinen Sinn hat das PlugIn doch bestimmt?

Wer hat das installiert? - ich nicht!
Geht dann alles noch? Irgendeinen Sinn hat das Plugin doch bestimmt auch, oder?

hast du das Microsoft Office installiert? vlt kann es davon kommen

Ja.
Aber auch schon bevor ich iWork installiert hatte.
Und auf der virtuellen, die ist aber aus und das dürfte ja nicht stören.
Aber was macht das Plugin und wieso stört sich Pages daran?

Mac Programme Murks?

Jetzt habe ich das gerade auf Macforum gefunden:

Diese Fehlermeldung plagt Nutzer diverser Apple-Anwendungen (auch Pages und Keynote), seit es Mac OS X 10.5 gibt, also schon ziemlich lange. Eine klare Diagnose und konkrete Ratschläge, was man da tun könnte, gibt es aber offenbar nicht. Zu den Sachen, die Du probieren könntest, zählt das Löschen der Preferences von iWeb und dessen Cache; außerdem könntest Du iWeb neu installieren beziehungsweise auf die neueste Version aktualisieren. Es ist aber nicht gesagt, daß das hilft.

These are some of the things you can do to fix or isolate the problem. You can do them in any order you like.

1 In /Library/Caches (in the root of your harddisk), trash the files ending with .csstore and then restart.
2 In ~/Library/Caches/ (under your home directory), trash com.apple.iWork.Pages.plist .
3 In ~/Library/Preferences (under your home directory), trash com.apple.iWork.Pages.plist .
4 Remove any third party applications like spellcatcher.
5 Clean up your spelling tools.
6 Open FontBook, select all fonts and then File > Validate Fonts.
7 Reset the font cache.
8 Use another account than your main one. If that works, you know that the problem is in your main account. In your main account try removing file by file from ~/Library until things work. Try to remove them in an intelligent way. For example: create a new folder under Preferences called "old preferences" and drag every file that was in preferences into the new folder and then restart. After the restart you can drag the files back from "old preferences" to "Preferences" one by one, until things crash. Then you have found an offending file.
9 Repair permissions from Disk Utility. Also verify your disk, just in case.
10 Disable Spaces, if you have it active.
11 If you run Pages from an external drive - don't. Copy it to your harddisk and run it from there.
12 If you use Toast Titanium, something strange may be happening with the DivX plugin. Try reinstalling Toast with and without the DivX plugin, and see if that improves things.
13 Delete iWEB and reinstall it from the installation DVD.
14 If nothing else works, reformat the harddisk and re-install the system. Do not add any additional fonts or programs. Just start Pages. If it still crashes, you are very likely to have a hardware problem and should bring the Mac to a service provider.

Dann kaufe ich mir lieber wieder eine Dose!!! Seit ich wieder vermehrt Mac nutze, verbringe ich extrem viel Zeit in Foren und mit Fehlerbehebungsaktionen, vorher konnte ich einfach arbeiten.

Genau seit ich iWork installiert habe gibt's diese Probleme!
