Rheinwerk Video Training stürzt ab

Hallo zusammen,

habe mir heute ein Photoshop Videotraining vom Rheinwerk Verlag gekauft. Heruntergeladen, entpackt, wollte starten - jetzt stürzt der Mist andauernd ab. Der Startbildschirm lädt noch, dann kann ich im Inhaltsverzeichnis ein Video auswählen. Sobald ich das anklicke, kommt der Crash-Report.

Wer kann mir weiterhelfen? Danke schon mal

Was steht denn da im Report? Bei mir sind das alles .mp4 Dateien die problemlos laufen. Schon mal den Support kontaktiert? Vielleicht sind die Daten fehlerhaft, lad es noch mal herunter und probier es aus.
