TuneUp - Fenster erscheint nicht mehr, App bleibt invisible!

Hi....

noch meine paar Wochen hab ich das Programm, plötzlich zeigt es sich nicht mehr. Gelöscht (AppZapper), neu installiert, gleiches Ding. Ich starte iTunes, starte TuneUp. Das Programm läuft und hängt nicht, aber das Fenster ist nicht zu sehen.
Kennt jemand das Problem?

Ich hab alles probiert, was mir eingefallen ist. Hab die Library vom NAS auf die lokale Platte gezogen (wegen absoluter links auf die Musik funktioniert das in iTunes einwandfrei), es geht einfach nicht!
Das "TuneUp-Diagnostic-Tool" ergab auch garnichts.

I've been at it for hours! Can't get it to work!

I have several Libraries. The one on my NAS causes TuneUp to malfunction now, it worked fine for a week and now that I'd finally have time to work on that library, I can't!
The library is bug-free and fully functional in iTunes yet the stupid TuneUp window is hidden and does not show.
I tried chmodding the library files in all possible ways. I also copied them to this local machine and went through all permission permutations again, no change. iTunes works perfectly fine with it, TuneUp doesn't show! It does loads though.
Using the icon in the menu bar to toggle "show TuneUp, prefs etc" just flashes the iTunes window and does nothing else. Telling it check for updates brings up a popup window telling me that the versiokn is up-to-date. This is the only appearance of TuneUp besides the menu bar icon!

I bought this program for 30$ so I could use it on the weekends to tidy up my main library. Would NOT have bought it if I knew it was as buggy as this.
Never had any similar problem like this with ANY OSX program in the past 8 years. For this kind of money I expect it to work or at least provide me with a concrete problem description but no, not even an error message.

Please, any help is appreciated!
