[10.11 El Capitan] Plötzlicher OS X Reboot während Windows-Update (Parallels)

Hallo!

eben wurde kurz mein Bildschirm schwarz und dann wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass OS X aufgrund eines Fehlers neu startet. Als dies passierte, waren keine Anwendungen außer Parallels Desktop aktiv, wo gerade mal wieder Windows-Updates installiert wurden. Leider hat´s die Windows-Updates dadurch vollkommen zerschossen und im Augenblick ist mein MacBook Pro (JG 2011, 16 GB-Ram, SSD) eine richtig lahme Ente. Dies hier zu tippen dauert eine Ewigkeit.
