MacBook Pro Aufrüsten (RAM & Festplatte)

Ich habe mir ein MacBook Pro gekauft. Nun möchte ich jedoch statt der eingebauten 1GB RAM und 80GB Festplatte rund 2GB RAM und eine 120GB Festplatte einbauen.

1. Darf ich das überhaupt? (Garantie...)
2. Wie kann ich beim MacBook Pro mehr RAM einbauen.

Auszug aus der Anleitung:

Your computer has two memory slots that you access by removing the memory door
in the battery bay. Your MacBook Pro comes with a minimum of 512 megabytes (MB) of
667 MHz Double Data Rate (DDR2) Synchronous Dynamic Random-Access Memory
(SDRAM) installed. Both memory slots can accept an SDRAM module that meets the
following specifications:
 Double Data Rate Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (DDR SO-DIMM) format
 1.25 inch or smaller
 512 MB or 1 gigabyte (GB)
 200-pin

 PC2-5300 DDR2 667 MHz Type RAM
Depending on the configuration of the MacBook Pro you purchased, both
slots might already be full.
The maximum amount of memory you can install in your MacBook Pro is
1 GB DIMMs in both memory slots.
Installing Additional Memory
Installing memory involves removing and replacing your battery. The following
procedure includes instructions for adding memory and replacing your battery.
Step 1: Removing the Battery
1 Shut down your MacBook Pro. Disconnect the power adapter, Ethernet cable,
other cords connected to the MacBook Pro to prevent damaging the computer.
2 Turn over the MacBook Pro and locate the release latches on either side
Slide both latches up. The battery should pop up slightly. Lift it out.

Step 3: Replacing the Battery
1 Place the bottom edge of the battery in the battery compartment. Gently press the top
edge of the battery down until the battery latch locks into place.
2 Reconnect the power adapter and any other cables that were attached.

Sonst kannst du des auch ganz einfach in deiner eigenen Anleitung nachlesen wie man Ram einbaut..Folglich besteht dann noch Garantie, wenn du den Einbau nicht unsachgemäss vollzogen hast und Schrauben an die falsche Stelle gesetzt hast oder was abgebrochen hast oder so.

Kann ich auch die Festplatte wechseln? Habe mal gehört dass so die Garantie verloren geht...??

Von Apple selber wird soweit ich weiss keine Anleitung bereitgestellt wie man die Festplatte auswechseln kann (würde ich nämlich auch gerne machen). Ein Händler sollte soetwas aber machen können wie es dann aber mit Garantie aussieht weiss ich auch nicht.

Nein das ist schon allein rechtlich nicht möglich,
es ist dein gutes Recht dein Notebook aufzurüsten.

Außerdem juckt das Apple nicht (hat mir ein Kumpel gesagt, der bei nem Mac-Händler arbeitet)

das ist ja klasse Das heisst also ich gehe zum Händler (bei wir wäre das Gravis) und sage ich will eine 150HD mit 7200 U/min und die bauen mir die ein

selbst ist der Mann,
ein Notebook mit Arbeitsspeicher oder ner Festplatte aufzurüsten ist wie nen neuen Akku einzulegen ^^

Und es ist dan möglich, Mac OSX auf der neuen HD zu installieren??

Ja das installieren ist kein Problem. Wenn ein Apple Techniker das mit der Festplatte macht, bleibt die Garantie erhalten, wenn es eine Apple Festplatte ist, also eine zertifizierte....
