Problem mit iChat

[Sara Die Sense]

Ich weiß nicht, ob das hier reingehört, wenn nicht, bitte ich um entschuldigung. Ich möchte gerne mit meinem Freund VideoChats per IChat halten, allerdings unktioniert das irgendwie nicht. Ich habe ein MacBook mit dem neuesten Tiger und er auch. Doch jedes mal wenn ich es probiere, kommt die Fehlermeldung:

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Ich bin auf einem Internat, wir haben extrem schnelles Internet per Intranet (ich versteh davon nicht so viel). Normalerweise müsste das Internet ausreichen, mein Freund hat normales DSL 1000. Innerhalb der jeweiligen Netzwerke funktionieren solche VideoChats, nur über beide Netzwerke nicht. Ich bin echt verzweifelt
Kann es eventuell sein, das der Server des Internates blockt? An was kann es sonst liegen?
