Ich habe ein Problem mit der Festplatte

als ich heute meinen apple g5 einschalten wollte, tat sich außer das der ventilator ungewöhlich laut war nichts!
Bei dem anschließenden Hardware test schtellte sich fest, dass der massenschpeicher defekt ist(Ist das die festplatte).
Fehlermeldung 2STF/1/4:S-ATA Bus 0 master.
Sollte ichmir eine neue festplatte besorgen??????
p.s. ich habe eine 160GB von seagate.

a) du hast leider falsch gepostet du hast im Thread Usernews gepostet
ist aber wohl mehr n Hardware Post oder möchtest du morgn früh in deiner Zeitung auch Probleme anderer Nutzer lesen aber du bist ja eh neu von daher ist es nich Wild

b) ich hab hier mal deine Fehlermeldung in einem anderen Board gefunden

Actually, turns-out I have a bad internal drive (error code 2STF/1/4: S-ATA BUS 0 - MASTER)...

Looks like I need to take the machine back to the Apple store. Luckily there's a store nearby and I have AppleCare...(and that I have a back-up as of last Sat and a bootable clone).

Makes sense - it was occurring intermittently; however, when I could boot, everything would work fine.

Well, it wasn't a bad hard drive...it was a bad logic board. Apple Care replaced the logic board. Luckily, I had Apple Care - I was 20 days beyond my 1 yr warranty...repair cost would have been ~$858 in total. Didn't cost me anything other than the price of Apple Care up-front (which was considerably less than the repair).
