@saschabenjamin: Öffnest du es aus dem Dock? Oder kann es sein dass du Butler am Tiger installiert hast? Vielleicht macht der den Stress?

Oder mal Im Ordner HOME/LIBRARY/CACHES/SAFARI alle Verzeichnisse und Dateien löschen. (is aus einem anderem Thread hier)

hast du irgendwelche Erweiterungen für Safari laufen z.B. Saft
oder hat ShapeShifter was damit zu tun, das jedenfalls läuft bei dir wie es aussieht, nur weiß ich nicht was das alles tut.

@Annorax: Habe kein SIMBL in dem InputManager-Verzeichnis, dann über Spotlight gesucht, gelöscht und VOILA!
Auf einmal läßt es sich öffnen.

Wenn Safari nicht läuft, sind es eigentlich immer die gleichen Gründe.
Es wurde eine Erweiterung installiert z.B. Saft - und die laufen dann immer nur mit bestimmten Versionen, ansonsten blockieren sie Safari z.B. bei einer neuen Safari Version

Einerseits kann man einfach eine angepasste Version installieren z.B. dafür mal hier vorbeischauen http://pimpmysafari.com/
und dann läuft auch Safari wieder
oder man schmeisst bestimmte Systemmodule wieder raus, die von den Erweiterungen installiert wurden, damit sie überhaupt funktionieren z.B. Simbil

Das gleich gibt es bei bestimmten Downloadmanagern - auch hier entweder den updaten oder komplett deinstallieren (auch sie benutzen in der Regel recht versteckt Module)

oder es sind Problem mit bestimmten Schriften - dann eben im Fontmanager einfach rumprobieren - in der Regel liegt es an "der" Helvetica
